Quickbox gave me excellent service and advice along with some great innovative ideas. The product quality was perfect which helped us deliver the customer experience we wanted. Turnaround was second to none and value for money unbeatable! Worth every penny, can't wait to use Quickbox again.

Very good boxes very happy with the service

I will not accept any of the boxes as very few are cut good but majority have problems.

I have not paid & waited for picking and taking out pieces which are good and leave which are bad.

I have not ordered second hand items.

Regardless of them being usable or not or wet the boxes show they have not been made to the standard of acceptance and i sent them videos and photos. They accepted that this was not good job and committed to send me another order. They also sent me delivery note and confirmation but then started to mess about again.

Please ask them to pick up the two pallets!

Also about making me stress and slander to which they haven't formally apologised yet. I will look in to that later.

They can ask Sara in Kite Packaging who have been providing me boxes on pallets for years.
I only ordered from this compnay because they did custom size. Kite packaging will tell them the sort of people we are and we are proof of their customer service. Accusations is no good.

Courier service will answer later to the forged signature and lie after i achieve the recordings if i can get hold of the management of the building as this is busy period of the year things with myself, building management and courier. I have taken necessary advise what to do by calling local police for the forged signature by courier. I don't need proof to convince myself that i didn't sign and no KHAN is in that building.

Please resolve this for me ASAP because i need the space for boxes and i am in a busy season losing business because i have no boxes.

If they had any sense of remorse and good customer service in this Christmas season then they would have honoured the promise they made of good will gesture (sent me delivery email for replacement). It would have saved time for helping other customers or making money elsewhere. 

I told them I will escalate the case on PayPal and then take other steps if not resolved completely as this is taking too much time and grief.

Extremely poor customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding at all costs.

The communication from the sales team, if I can call it that, was totally unprofessional and the lack of care and attention towards me as a customer spoke volumes about who they are as a company and why there are so many bad reviews.

Customer services called to amend my order as they had stock issues and this would help them deliver within seven days.

I have been emailed to review the product that still hasn't arrived, 16 days after the order was placed.

but the customer services team have been in touch and then tried to sort it and i did get a totally great product, just alot less quickly / easily than I'd originally hoped.

Very helpful company, would definitely recommend them if like me you had the need for unusual, custom sized boxes.

Perfect fit and delivered as promised. Thats all i need!

I’ve used quick box three (maybe four) times now. The quality is great for the price and what i use them for. I was asked to leave a review on google in return for 10% off my next purchase - i left a positive review as id always had a positive experience... and then i had a bad experience 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

I had to chase up my order as they never arrived when expected, was lied to about where they were and the three mornings i rang up was told the same thing “they’ve just left the warehouse they’ll be with you tomorrow” which frustrtaed me as i was then passing on lies to my own customers, should have just said “sorry they’re delayed”. They did arrive though and were brilliant quality.

It didnt put me off, i just make sure i order a month in advance that i need them to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

My advice to Quick box is to not make promises you cannot keep & just keep people in the loop.

Our experience with this company was very disappointing, we order our box on the 20th of November the box was expected on the 30th of November, never came and theydidn't bother to email us warning that wouldn't come, they promised another date that didn't came and again didn't bother to email us explaining the situation! Again they promised for the 7th of December and didn't came again, no explanation if with didn't called to ask! Today the 8th of December came and was wrong box. I asked without access panel and it came with acess panel! Suppose to come with palette and it didn't! It's not as strong box as they claim in the website. With this I just want to say that I don't recommend this company.

Excellent boxes, was struggling to find the exact size, shape and cardboard quality we require for obscure and heavy items we often ship internationally. Quickbox had an easy to use interface where you design exactly what you need for a fair price.

Very helpful company that provide great boxes. Excellent communication and a clear desire to offer a high level of service.

The main reason I’ve given Quickbox 1 star is because I don’t have the option to give them 0. Here is why:

-Problems started from day one. They use the designing tool to delay their lead in times. I had already produced a design to dimensions, all they had to do was approve it. This took 5 days.

- After the quoted 7 working days I rang to see where my order was. Customer service were clueless at best. Negligent at worst. I was then told two things 1. Quickbox didn’t have the cardboard in stock and 2. Your printer had broke. I know problems happen but Quickbox didn’t inform me of the delays and I struggle to understand how a business whose core service is delivering bespoke cardboard boxes how they can, in fact, run out of cardboard. Really poor.

- We then chased Quickbox for the next week about delivery to which we were fobbed off saying they were getting an engineer in and they were hoping the problem would be sorted. As compensation Quickbox offered us 2 types of 12 blank boxes to keep us going.

- If Quickbox we’re upfront about the delays we could have got boxes elsewhere without the delays affecting our business.

- One week later Quickbox still hadn’t fixed their printer. And we had run out of card. And sent out a bulk email to all the customers it was affecting, titled, ‘Houston we have a problem’ . Let me tell Quickbox I don’t find the funny side of this at all. Your delays affected our business.

- We desperately needed some boxes for a show and asked for 40 blank boxes. Only 20 showed up. Massive let down, courier lost them. I then had to spend more of my own time trying to organise quickbox to send these back out. Customer service staff genuinely have no clue.

- We think the product is poorly made/ finished. Rough edges, doesn’t fold to meet at the top correctly. Minor things I could live with but just compels the situation.

I think Quickbox need to admit they got this badly, badly wrong. In truth I think they need to completely overhaul the business- this was a bad experience start to finish.

The response below from Quickbox is laughable. He doesn’t respond to half the points raised above.

I was really impressed with the quality of service and the items we received. After being let down by a company we'd used for years the speed of delivery from Quickbox really helped us out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially if you need to order unusual custom box sizes.

The boxes don't quite fold straight .. there is an uneven gap when you put them together. Not such a big problem if using them for storage, but not great if using to send stuff to retailers
