While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Scam! Avoid at any Cost

Quickads V2 was promoted with a 30‑day trial, just like every other platform out there. But here’s the catch: they charged me the full month in the third week of the trial. When I questioned this, their support rep (Sally) and even their CEO tried to claim the trial ended on December 30th — while both the invoice and the dashboard clearly show January 9th as the end date. After days of back‑and‑forth, they finally admitted the trial runs until January, but still refused to issue a refund.

I never used the service at all — I had actually forgotten about it. Yet for 10 days straight I kept getting the same canned responses, no resolution, no accountability. Their CEO on LinkedIn speaks highly of the platform, but the reality is very different.

This feels like a deliberate scam: charging before the trial ends, ignoring customer complaints, and dragging things out until people give up. I’ve already started reporting this to Google, LinkedIn, and Singapore authorities, and I’ll continue leaving reviews so others don’t fall for the same trap.

Lesson learned: be very careful before trusting this company with your card details.

Billed after trial while blocked and unable to cancel

After my trial ended, QuickAds tried to charge me $99. When it failed, they blocked my account.
Later they placed a $99 authorization on my card, so I contacted support the same day to cancel it and cancel the subscription (since they blocked my account, I couldn’t access it to cancel the subscription).
They didn’t respond for about a week and the charge went through anyway. My account still is blocked even after they took payment from my card.

Support now says they’re doing an internal review, even though I've given clear instructions that I don't consent to it.
I’m requesting a full refund and confirmation that the subscription is cancelled.

Bad Software, Worse Service

I paid for a 5 day trial to test their AI ad creation software. My experience and results were extremely poor after trying both the ad creator, and the product photography tool.

The tool warped my product image, had no idea how to apply shadow, and the ad creator is just templated options.

They charge $99 a month and provide images similar to what can be generated in Canva for $15 a month.

When I reached out to support, it took them 24 hours to reply, in which they said they could meet me on Monday for 30 minutes, on IST time. Thats the final day of my paid trial, giving me no time to actually act.

Do not work with this company, they’re simply not ready to serve a US market and can only really work in APAC.
