Sorry but my 1 star was not labled at you but the royal mail delivery service
The item has still not arrived ,I've had 3 attempts at a delivery but the royal mal have said they could not deliver ,even though its in my local delivery office ,they've said they will attempt to deliver tomorrow. I hold my breath.

Thank you for your review. We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays are, however we would like to clarify that your order was dispatched promptly and has been with your local Royal Mail delivery office since 2nd December.
Royal Mail’s own tracking confirms multiple attempted deliveries, all of which were marked by them as “Unable to attempt delivery”. Unfortunately, once a parcel is in the courier’s network, the delivery process is entirely outside of our control.
We genuinely regret the inconvenience caused by Royal Mail, but we do feel a 1-star review for our pharmacy is unfair given the above.
If delivery is unsuccessful following their next attempt, we will of course assist further in line with Royal Mail’s claim process.

Have found a product I regularly buy has disappeared from many pharmacies so I googled the product and found Questmoor as a stockist. The price was reasonable and qualified for a new customer discount. I bought 4 packs to qualify for free delivery.
The delivery was very fast.

All our products are 100% genuine and purchased from authorised UK distributors. For some of the larger bottle sizes (including the Acqua Di Gio 200ml EDP), the manufacturer applies outer regulatory labels at source — these do not indicate anything unusual or non-authentic.

I had tried to find 100ml Ralph Lauren perfume but it was not available in shops. Found it through Questmoor. I was worried as not heard or used Questmoor and surprised they had this perfume which was at a much better price. Thankfully a great service 👌
