Go to another shop before this one. Poor customer service
I made a call to ask for a solution about the tile we received that doesn't have the same size. They were from the factory ceramica ribesalbes, serie Antigua. The tiles were in the same series of the same factory but 2 different colors blue and white. Almost all blue tiles are 1mm o 2mm bigger than the white tiles, the 1mm we can accept but the 2mm one, no. And imagine when you build it, in the end, accumulate for 10m2 or more? Moreover, the tiles wasn't cheap. First, the reception was nice and listen to me but then José was the technical guy (i think) explained to me that IT´S NORMAL. And even told the constructor I hired was "you're constructor and didn't know this?". And tell us that IT'S NORMAL so we should make extra effort and time to build his NORMAL tiles. If it's normal to have different sizes so why in the shop when we were there they told us to pick the same series of tiles to avoid having this problem of mixing tiles color? I'm not satisfied and couldn’t do anything because he said it's NORMAL and we should know it. I give them a solution for clients like me, put a note in each of their products so they won't have a call and a bad review like this.
