I was sent the wrong type of tummy control pants. What is in the picture is different from what I received!!!! I can't find a return address and I wonder whether they will even give me a refund!

What you see on the Ads is definitely not what you get. The blouse i ordered is such a bad fit and poor quality also looks different from their Ad. Offered 25% refund or a 50% credit and I can keep the top. Why advertise NZ based if you cant return the goods in NZ. I wanted to send it back but the costs are around $36. Delivery time is bad. Please buy local in NZ.

Terrible quality - polyester - obviously straight from a sweat shop somewhere. No label - just size. Will never purchase from them again . Offered 10% back or a 50% credit ( keep the top- why would I want to - could not give it away) wanted to send back but must be returned within 30 days - may not make it as in nz. Please be careful - worse quality ever!!!!!!

Very bad service. Size was way too small and they woukdnt offer a refund unless I packed it up and sent it back to.china. they didn't offer 50 percent off next order but why would I when sizes are soo wrong. Package took ages to get here. They state they are a nz company..but they order for you from China. Never never go with this company

SHOCKING SERVICE / FALSE ADVERTISING

Purchased 3XL Katarzyna | Elegant Set for approximately $95 NZD and when it arrived it was like size 14-16 - terrible. I am having great difficulty trying to get a return and refund.
The only offer is a discount to purchase another item - YEAH RIGHT. Why would I want to buy another item after this first time unbelievable, disgusting experience.

What an amazing woman Claire the owner is, she goes above & beyond in customer care & can't do enough for you, which goes a long way in the whole buying experience.
The clothes I have bought are lovely & the price is so reasonable.
I cannot recommend queen of curves enough 😍

I gave a 3* because there is no updates via email about delivery date.And there was no where i could find in the order email where I can do return,or a return slip in the packaging. The bra didn't fit,I have wasted my money in purchasing it.
