Not worth even a star.. Still waiting for refund
Ahmed emailed several times wanted ridiculous demands and put obstacle after obstacle in the way. Sent back the jumper as ordered 2 but only received one.
Since then no response

Be careful ordering from here. Order took ages to arrive, I was just about to do a chargeback. Two jumpers, no labels inside, no washing instruction, nothing about what jumpers are made from, no idea which is back or front look like two pieces sewn together. Not cheap either.

This is a fraudulent company. They have no moral code whatsoever.

This is exactly what happened to me. I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 months, but have given up.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

Do not buy from this company. Non-existence refund. And queries come back as not a registered server.

Total scam. Awful quality and not worth a 10th of the price paid. Misleading photos and they are not in Manchester. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Just wished I’d looked on here before

Don’t buy from them. I received a nice jacket but was far too small. I am a ten and ordered a medium. The return policy is so bad. It costs too much to return to china

Appalling company to deal with. Poor quality goods that do not look like the picture at all. Website states return shipping £12.95 yet post office quoted me £31 to return. Seller will only offer partial refund. Totally unacceptable. Raised dispute with pay pal and I was refunded the full amount. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

My experience very similar to other reviews. I ordered, goods arrived after 5 weeks! Very very poor quality. I returned at my expense to China! 2 months later the goods still haven’t arrived there.
I’m well out of pocket. Have contacted my bank today and informed them.

Goods arrived. Poorly manufactured. Returns address is in China despite having another address in UK. Only way to get 100% refund is to return to China. Order was £105. Cost of return £54 with additional cover. Customs in China require recipient to contact them to clear. Q-M refuse to do so. Couriers won't as has to be recipient. Result I am doubly screwed. Don't touch these guys with a bargepole. Even 1 star is to good a review.

Do not order from this company. Poor quality clothing, not as described on their website, impossible to return, countless emails not replied to, very frustrating.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. It’s fraud. I have stupidly bought two jackets from them not realising they are shipping from China. If you want to return the goods you have to ship back to China. They explicitly tell you to not ship to the address denoted on the package as the refund will not be processed. I followed the return instructions, paid £25 for tracked postage and still waiting for my refund since mid October.
I am now going to claim from Royal Mail for lost package. Nothing to do with Manchester either.
Is there a way to report them?

Do not use! Very convincing looking website, but seems to be a front. Impossible to find where this ‘company’ is based or to find any details. Doubt it has anything to do with Manchester. Experience much like other reviewers - poor quality goods, service hit and miss, impossible to get a full refund unless prepared to send goods back to China (at own expense) and by that stage have absolutely no confidence that we’d see our money even if we did send back and we’d be even further out of pocket.

Scam from start to finish, beware!!🙏

Takes for ever for customer service to respond. When someone replies it is of no help.
Quick to take your money, terrible at sending your goods out. Took over 6 weeks after numerous emails.
Goods ordered are too small for UK/Europe.
They NOW state good have to be returned to Asia... not the address on package sent out.
DO NOT ORDER OR TRY TO RETURN AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT PREPARED TO REFUND MONEY.
The company is a sham and take money under false pretenses

Do not buy from these people. Their products are absolutely appallingly made and are rubbish. They refuse to give refunds and their customer service is non-existent. They do not seem to understand the Sale of Goods Act and their obligations to provide refunds on goods which are not of merchantable quality or sold through misleading advertising.

I intend to take this further, if only to try and stop a few more trusting people from being ripped off by these fraudulent thieves.

Badly made garment, poor customer service.

Mens' sweater was a long time in coming. Undersized, cheap materials, badly cut. Company charges £10 for size exchange and doesnt make full refunds on returns.
To be avoided.

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with Quartier and their customer service. I ordered a jacket that arrived AFTER their 30-day return period (a delay caused by THEM), and now they’re refusing to honor my return request, despite the fact that I contacted them within TWO WEEKS of receiving the item.

Their customer service team has been completely unhelpful, sending the same generic response over and over, ignoring the fact that the delay was THEIR fault. It’s like they don’t even read your emails! I’ve had to explain the situation FIVE times now, and they still refuse to take responsibility or even escalate the matter to someone who can actually help.

This company clearly doesn’t value their customers or take accountability for their mistakes. If you’re thinking of ordering from them, don’t—you’ll end up stuck with poor service and no recourse if something goes wrong. Spend your money elsewhere with a company that actually cares about its customers!

I can only echo what everyone else says. Do not buy from this company. Poor quality, poor sizing, poor customer service. Pay to return to China or receive 30% refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE THIEVES. THE DAY THE GOODS ARRIVED I REQUESTED RETURN DETAILS BUT DIDNT GET THEM, AT LEAST 7 TIMES, I RETURNED THE JUMPERS TO AN ADDRESS IN ENGLAND BY REGISTERED MAIL THEN GET AN EMAIL SAYING THEY HADNT ARRIVED BACK IN CHINA BUT NOW YOU HAVE GUESSED IT THEY SAID GONE OVER 30 DAYS EVEN THOUGH I HIGHLIGHTED THIS WITH THEM! NOW GOT NO GOODS AND OFFERED 30% REFUND!
