superb service,super polite office staff and dave went above and beyond when seriously busy to come and sort a leaky loo the next day.will be using QB for all my future plumbing needs, BOB on.

Just want to say what a good job Josh Wraxall did in repairing the leaking pipe under my kitchen floor yesterday. You can hardly tell he had to remove part of the flooring. I am very grateful that at last this problem has been resolved as my neighbours below had been affected by water ingress.

A burst in a stable block toilet is never great to have! We had to switch off all the water supply in the building.
Thankfully, despite freezing conditions and many local bursts, Quarrybank were able to arrange an appointment within 2 days.
Elliot was the engineer, arrived spot on time and he was able to effect a fix and replace some outdated parts during the visit and refit protective lagging. An experienced guy with calm skilled problem-solving skills.
Whilst not the cheapest around, Quarrybank have provided solutions to problems for us before and I believe they are fair value given their professionalism and friendly service.
We have a happy horse again drinking his water! The toilet is now in use again.

Rude boss and total rip off.
I forget to write a review for this company as I was busy at the time . I found their quote and remembered how rubbish they were. The guys who came to fix new radiators were ok but boss was a smug , arrogant big head , which is putting it politely. When I asked if he was going to measure , he literally said ‘I just know’ . Well suffice to say he didn’t and a downstairs loo arrived that didn’t fit . New radiators didn’t fit the existing spaces or the newly decorated walls. The boss said he didn’t know anyone who did their own decorating! Really ?! Hard to believe . They then tried to off load responsibility for measuring on to me and proceeded to quote £804 for another loo and to build an MDF box to cover the shortfall in the bosses non-measurements . They were then rude , threatening and crazy. I ended up leaving their new toilet on my front lawn for them to collect . I got an excellent job done for £500 less than Quarry Bank quoted QTE001779.

I called Quarrybank Plumbers to book my annual boiler service and asked if they also worked with underfloor heating. They said they did, so I requested their most experienced engineer as we’ve had tradespeople before who didn’t seem to understand the system.

The first appointment was cancelled after I rang to ask why no one had arrived. At the second, the engineer came in, asked what the problem was (two rooms not heating and the actuators not popping up), and immediately said the system probably needed a full drain down, before even looking at it, which immediately put me on edge. (subsequently, Vaillant attended to replace a part in the boiler later that week and confirmed the water was running clear. He highly doubted it needed a drain down).

I showed the engineer which actuators weren’t working and gave him a diagram linking each to its room. The system still has old labels from when it was built, which he insisted were correct, though we’ve found them unreliable. It was implied my labelling was wrong, even though I’d tested each thermostat individually. He also said one of the bathrooms was working because its actuator had popped up. He back tracked when he demonstrated this and nothing happened. He said he’d have to talk to’ ‘Dave’ in the office and get back to me. (‘Dave’ hasn’t seen the system and I’m guessing if he has to come out, that will be another hourly charge). I would have thought that an experienced engineer would have instilled confidence by having a clear plan of action but he didn’t seem to know what to do and left me even more confused!

After he left, I phoned the office to say I wasn’t fully confident in the engineer’s assessment. The lady said that often with underfloor heating it’s trial and error (which I get) but she’d speak to ‘Dave’ and let me know. That was Tuesday last week - it’s now Monday, and I’ve heard nothing. I’m disappointed, as Quarrybank have always given good service in the past.

We did not have to wait too long for a visit for a safety and service on our boiler and gas fire which was very good. The plumber who called was excellent, a nice man who was hard working and very thorough doing a very good job. I asked him questions about other aspects of the installation which he was happy to answer and gave us some good advice. We will definitely be using the company again.

Lee has just done an annual service on our boiler. He was very punctual, professional and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy who did a brilliant job in no time. Thanks again Quarrybank for a professional, reliable service

We have just had a new hot water cylinder and valves fitted by Quarry bank plumbers and we have to say they are one of the most professional companies we have ever used. Our technician for the work was Lee who was extremely professional conscientious and hardworking!! We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the best work!

We had an issue with the control for our underfloor heating. Our previous plumbers could not sort it at the first attempt and then left us stranded for 4 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. The Quarry Bank guys fixed it within 20 minutes. Great communication, expertise and customer service.

We had a boiler service through Quarrybank Plumbers. The engineer was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient service and was able to pay easily over the phone.

Lee was on time and worked non stop all day to install the new Worcestor boiler. He tidied up afterwards as well.

Thay gave us clear advice after a service on our long standing Worcester boiler of around fifteen years which eventually became to uneconomical to repair, thay gave us two estimates of different boilers both Worcester. When the boiler engineer Dave arrived one man down due to illness, he just got stuck in with the job and at the end of the day had made great progress, on the second day Dave arrived with Tom the apprentice and a little bit later another technician, all the work was completed on the second day as per the estate, all cleaning done and tidied up working great, and I get to have a great shower now we have a combi boiler and not a gravity fed system, thanks to all the staff at the company that we have delt with and will continue with for all our servicing in the future as we did in the past, thanks 👍.

After contacting Quarry bank Plumbers and arranging for a plumber to come we received a contact e mail and a confirmation of the date and time. Bang on time and on the day we arranged their plumber arrived and with no fuss removed the damaged toilet and fitted the new one quickly and tidily, he even took away the old packaging. The bill was recived by e mail and we were able to pay by bank transfer straight away. Job Done. Well Done. Would definitely recommend.

We had a problem with the hot water system throughout the house plus a failed shower pump and we were unsure of the best solution. David from Quarrybank came out and, after discussing the issues, suggested replacing the boiler with a combi and removing all the associated tanks/pipe work etc. He also suggested siting the new boiler in the loft instead of the kitchen. This was clearly quite a big and costly job but he convinced me this was the way to go. After agreeing to go ahead the job was completed by Lee and his team, a full two days work. The new system works like a dream, no boiler noise, no creaking pipes, no shower pump needed. The service provided from start to finish was excellent, cannot fault the workmanship and what a great team of people, friendly, communicative and helpful. A big thank you to the whole team!

I was very impressed with the team who came to fit my combi boiler. The guys were polite, friendly, confident and efficient in the work they carried out. I usually loathe having work done in the house but didn't mind this team at all! All in all, a trouble and stress free experience.

Our heating had a problem where it wasn’t turning off as per the programme and Quarry Bank plumbers attended really quickly, found the problem and fitted a new valve which was the cause of the problem. Very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. We have an annual boiler service contract as well and the service is great.

We had a new combi boiler and smart system installed and was extremely impressed from start to finish. Lee and Simon, the engineers were excellent, and it was obvious they were highly skilled and doing a great job. They were extremely pleasant and took care of our home. The admin team made life easy and from first contact to boiler installed took 2 weeks. I would happily recommend QuarryBankPlumbers to anyone.

Excellent service throughout. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It was so nice to have confidence that the job would be carried out exactly as described, and that's what they did. They really put themselves out for me, and I'm delighted to say that they're coming back to do some more work for me.

We've used Quarrybank Plumbers a few times now, once to install a new shower and for a couple of boiler services and some advice on improving the performance of our radiators.
