No way to contact Qantas

Tried calling customer service, to follow up on an email they had not responded to. No one answers the phones. Tried multiple times, waiting over two hours. No one ever answered - you simply cannot get through? Don't respond to emails, and cannot get through on the phone. Not really sure what you're supposed to do?

Do not waste your time calling the…

Do not waste your time calling the Qantas London Sales number, the service is abysmal, you will never get answered. I called because I wished to book return flights to Melbourne but on route we wished to have a stopover in Darwin but Qantas website booking does not allow one to make a stopover. After 40 minutes listening to their on-hold announcements I hung up.
I question whether Qantas have any customer care at all. if you make a booking and need to change it then I feel very sorry for you as a Qantas customer

No one answers the phones

No one answers the phones, was waiting over two and half hours and they just hung up, tried on another phone and hung up myself after 4hours. No customer service. Of I could rate it 0 I would.

Qantas' abysmal service

I am embarrassed to call this our 'national carrier' - you go to the Qantas website to provide constructive feedback; if it's in any way perceived by their website monitors to be critical of Qantas then it's immediately removed. It USED TO BE that Air NZ and Qantas would take the passengers of the other if one of them was not flying to a particular route - in our case Norfolk Island. Not in the new Covid world apparently where Qantas slugged us an additional $600.00 over what we'd already paid to Air NZ for the same travel. I believe this is blatant price-gouging of the travelling public in Qantas' attempts to recoup profits. Every person scammed by them should officially complain, AND they need to get rid of that 'evil dwarf leprechaun' and get a new CEO.

No refund!!

Booked Qantas flights in Jan 2021. Qantas cancelled the flight due to Covid. I requested a refund 10 weeks ago and nothing!! Can’t get through to customer service number (waited 2 hrs before giving up) and they don’t answer my emails. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I want my £5000 back for the flights Qantas cancelled!! Surely this is illegal for them to hold onto our money for so long.

Worst airline

I had a flight scheduled with them in May 2020. Due to Covid situation all got canceled. I had flights booked with 4 different airlines. Most of them took their time and refunded me in the matter of couple of months. Qantas are still taking their time as of 20th of March 2020. Soon it will be an year without a refund. Worst company. Avoid at all cost!

Booked & paid for tickets UK to Aus

Booked & paid for tickets UK to Aus, Qantas eventually cancelled, I then had to go back and forth with Customer services, requested a refund (as i now will never fly with an airline that has subsequently decided to impose mandatory vaccination requirements on their services), 14 weeks later I'm still awaiting my refund despite numerous emails & complaint forms being ignored! Awful service!

Qantas customer support simply stopped…

Qantas customer support simply stopped answering my emails. This company did not pay me back for a cancelled flight back in March 2020 and no matter how hard I’ve tried they refuse to respond to my questions. I know my 600+ dollars are lost but I keep trying. All I can say is: PATHETIC!! Shame on you Qantas

Boycott of all companies mandating vaccination

I refuse to fly with any airline that mandates a vaccination to use their services, even if it means never travelling at all or going on holiday. My health is priority. I have done my research into what is in this vaccine that includes the Bill Gates quantum dot tattoo nanotechnology. This is a violation of my rights.

A complete tyrannical corporation that put money before health and safety of humans rights! You can tell the CEO of Qantas has completely sold out when he decides to remove any freedoms of choice from people! Disgusting is an understatement! No vaccinations no travel is the beginning of a slippery slope!

Horrible

Corruption at its finest

Wow, forcing people to have a vaccination to be able to fly with you? How much are the physios paying you for this mandatory requirement?
I never wished any bad for anyone but I hope you go out of business because of your attitude and thinking you have power. Shame on you.
