Letzter Verein wo ich einen Filter kaufen würde. Sie sind auch mehr damit beschäftigt, für eine negative Reputation zu sorgen oder „warnende - Kommentare“ zu löschen als Anfragen zu bearbeiten.

Am Anfang gab es sehr viele Schwierigkeiten beim Einbau daraufhin wurde mir versprochen damit ich kostenlos ein Jahr später Filter geliefert und eingebaut bekomme.
Jetzt ist der Tag gekommen und sie halten mich hin und geht schon seit mehreren Wochen. Mittlerweile glaube ich nichtmehr dran das ich noch etwas bekommen.
Sehr schlechter Service für so eine teuere Anlage. Die Anlage ist super. Aber ohne Ersatzfilter hab ich sie völlig sinnlos gekauft. Keine Weiterempfehlung
Absolute Katastrophe.
Die Bestellung kam nicht wie angegeben nach 2–4 Wochen, sondern erst nach mehreren Monaten an. In dieser Zeit wurde ich immer wieder hingehalten.
Die sehr teure Anlage wurde schließlich mit einem versteckten Transportschaden geliefert. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt erhielt ich keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr vom Geschäftsführer.
Insgesamt kann ich dieses Unternehmen trotz des anfänglich guten Eindrucks nicht weiterempfehlen und werde dort definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen.
