I was very leery about going with these guys because I’ve been told for about 15 years from people that they were going to help me on Google and they didn’t do a thing but they took my fee every month. These guys have actually came through and given us tons of work every week and now we are possibly gonna be hiring more people thank you Steve.

Quality Resource can build great websites

Amber is a great account manager and is lovely to speak too! She is professional, kind, intelligent and keeps the meetings short and sweet, only touching on the meeting topics needed and that’s it. She never goes off track. She is very swift at what she does, not to mention the results (web design, SEO services) are very impressive as well! I will update this review accordingly throughout our time working with Amber and the Quality Resource Team!

This company is extremely helpful and responsive to your needs. They built us a presence and got us verified on Google. They also created a website for us. We have been in business for almost 70 years without these things so we are moving into the 21st century with their help.

I’m a Ukrainian refugee who brought my entire family here to escape the war, hoping to rebuild our lives from scratch. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would be scammed in this way.

This company reached out, offering me marketing services for my business—Google Maps optimization, a website, and SEO. I trusted them, paid them, and in return, I got lies, false promises, and nothing but frustration. They told me my company ranked 1st for keywords, but when I checked, it wasn’t true. The Google Maps setup was awful, and the reports they provided were complete fabrications.

The website they built for me? Horrendous. It was painfully slow, full of errors in spelling, with awful quality pictures that weren’t even related to my business! They made changes without my permission, and even worse, pages were being indexed for other companies. When I finally gained access to the admin panel, I was shocked! They hadn’t even deleted information from other companies—they just hid it on the pages, and it was ruining my site’s performance. The booking form and request call features didn’t even work! This site, which I trusted to generate leads and support my family, was a complete disaster.

I was paying for advertising, expecting results, and instead, I lost a huge amount of money. The SEO they promised? Another empty promise. I was left with a website so broken and full of issues that when I hired another specialist, they told me it was unsalvageable. They had to start from scratch!

If you don’t want to lose thousands of dollars and fall into the same trap—DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. These people don’t have a shred of decency. They took advantage of me at a time when I needed support the most.
