Craig was as always pleasant and very helpful on the call. He understood the query that I called for and swiftly contacted the factory, which in turn replied the following day.

Came across this company when I was looking for spares for my quad bike. Gave them a call and spoke to Perry, he could not of been more helpful, answering all my questions (I am new to quads). Double checking that the parts I was after were the correct ones for my model of quad, and they were in stock. I could not of asked for a better first experience with this company.
Parts ordered at 1500hrs and delivered 1000hrs the next morning. Will definitely use again, highly recommended.

I get the feeling that my genuine concerns are merely a hindrance to those who work for CFMoto. It’s all fun and games when you’re shelling out a few grand for a bike, but god forbid it should fail and you have to be an inconvenience in the day of a CFMoto employee. Apologies all over the place.
