The phone case protects my phone well and the mounting options are good. The magnetic holder is best for light duty as hitting a bump can easily have the phone fall.

I’ve made several purchases, first for my bike and then a cupholder mount for my company car which I can swop out with my own car. The downside was the maghead which apparently is not compatible with my phone’s casing. I was able to return it for a full refund less postage. The refund was effected two days after returning it. Just a question, will the charging head for my bike work on the cupholder mount? I’m curious.

Great holder. Very stable without any vibrations, even when using a heavier, large-sized phone. Just make sure to follow the assembly steps in the instruction folder. I didn’t at first and had a bit of a struggle, but once I restarted and followed the instructions properly, everything went together smoothly. Overall, very solid and reliable.

I will say this is a good product for a lot of people.. just not me. I used to have a Samsung phone, for which Quad Lock offered a case. When I had that phone it worked fairly well, although their case limited my ability to use 3rd party wireless chargers. Some worked, some didn't. Then I got rid of my Samsung and got a Motorola. Well there is no special case that Quad Lock makes for my new Motorola, so I had to purchase the universal mount. By the time I put a case on my phone, and added the universal mount, NO wireless chargers would work, not even their own motorcycle mag mount charger. Not to mention the universal mount didn't seem to have a secure attachment mechanism, as the tape they use on the back of their universal mount started failing within a week. There is no way I would trust this universal mount on my motorcycle with all the vibration (and I have one of their antivibration dampeners also). Now I'm stuck with all this Quad Lock stuff that I can't use. Luckily I can still put a Ram holder on the same mount, but I can't use the mag mount wireless charger or even any other wireless charger with the Quad Lock setup. And of course you have to pay for shipping to send things back to Quad Lock, so I will probably just give it away to someone or hold on to it in case I ever go back to Samsung or iPhone. That being said, if you are in the correct phone ecosystem for life, then this may be perfect for you.

I bought the stem mount pro version. The product is well built, doesn't move under vibrations and the connection with the phone feels solid. I got mine with the vibration dampener and it works really well. I really appreciated the fact that a larger stem adapter is provided in the pro version by default, since the already installed one wasn't big enough!

With every new phone I just order a Quadlock case. It looks good, it's not bulky and is very secure. I can seamlessly mount it to my bicycle when riding. I really like the new mag mount feature as well.

Case purchased did not work with the phones charging cable - kept coming out. When I raised concerns about this I was told the cable was the issue, despite it having come in the box with the phone. The case should have been big enough to accommodate one of the ones provided by the phone manufacturer and I think it's a scam to say otherwise. Worst company I have dealt with in some time.

The reply they have sent to this review told me to contact their support but I already did this and that's precisely who told me the cable was the issue.

Quad lock makes wonderful products that offer a great solution that most people need. Their only downfall is that they ship USPS which sometimes can take forever to delivery your item(s). Customer service is wonderful. Maybe consumers need to make a stand against the postal service people in-charge.

Just purchased a quadlock mirror mount i cannot understand why they don't supply the anti theft screws with it but they want you to buy them separately i suppose it's so they can make more money..

Not fit for purpose. Bought mag case for iPhone 15 Plus. It feels very slippery in the hand. My mobile dropped a couple of times from my hand. Returned the product.

High quality gear that has never let me down. I had a problem with one item., and the customer care team kept working on it until we resolved the issue. I've been using quad lock on my bike and in my car for a decade, and I recommend it to everyone I know.

The Quad Lock system is for me the best option for my bicycles (MTB/Enduro and Gravel) and my 4x4 daily use. The case is exceptionally good, very good protection! Amazing products!

Perfect for motorcycling, great product...

I have the purchased Quad lock cases and mounts for my bikes and car and even one on my ride on mower! Had a small problem with the case after a year and they sorted it without question. Might not be the cheapest but when you’re holding a Phone that costs £800 you need to invest in the best there is.
I would not choose any alternative now as I am locked into Quad lock!
