Our meal was delicious. Pizza was fantastic, and service from Valentina was top tier. Reasonably priced and good selection of drinks- would reccomend for a nice meal in Rome!

QR code is currently down. 1000s of my customers cant access my program because of this. Emailed and had no response. What is going on please? I NEED AN UPDATE asap!
Issue has now been resolved, however i still think they should have a customer service back end for stuff like this. So customers are informed of any inconveniences

Your server is down. All your websites pages are not accessible from google, even basic pages such as contact us won't load. My dashboard won't load and all my clients QR codes have gone down.

Access issue despite an active subscription
I paid for a 1-year subscription to your service on august 10, 2026, but the website is currently not working.

Pretend Free: Asking for $40/month without warning
The website makes it seem as though you are getting a free QR code as in the code will work for free. In fact, about 1.5 weeks later, you get an email that your (unbeknownst to you) "free trial" has ended and everyone who scans your code sees a pricing page which is very embarrassing.
I used this to make business cards for my sister and now I need to use another service to print stickers to place over this defunct QR code. $40 a month for a "free" QR code is disgusting.
Please make your business practices more clear on the "free" QR page. I see you have a pricing page but it's hidden and I suspect that's purposeful. The business you are getting from duping people is deplorable. Put on your big kid pants and be transparent about your service.
As a cherry on top, now your website is showing "hosting errors" so I can't even get on to do anything.

Bait and switch. First experience was easy and great AND FREE, then they DEACTIVATED my code without warning. I had materials printed with the code, now they’re useless. This is a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves.

They scam you into paying for their services.
The company scams you into believing you have generated a static code, only to find out they automatically make it dynamic and ask you for hefty membership fees to keep the code active.
After raising this through email with evidence several times, their costumer service kept ignoring my concerns and instead advertising different packages for me to pay and keep my code running.
Do not waste your money on this company, they will always ask for more.
