I liked how clearly laid out the step by step process was. Timeframes given were often very conservative and actual accomplishment times were much less.

If you have the option

If you have the option, choose other bank. Dealing with an online system like this is unbelievably difficult and a complete waste of time. The customer service is so bad that they cannot solve anything through chat. You can keep knocking on that wall for weeks before someone finally helps you.

Usually someone will eventually reach out with many apologies and promises to solve the problem. And yes, they will probably solve it in the end — but the real question is how long it will take and what it will cost you in the meantime.

I do not even want to mention the amount of patience and nerves you need during all that time.

I have completely lost my trust and any positive feeling toward this service. I am now convinced that they are simply incompetent. This is the third time they have gone completely silent and stopped responding. That is why I am writing this in a neutral tone — they are not even worth wasting emotions on anymore.

It has been more than 15 days with no improvement. Recently they completely stopped responding.

This is a joke. Shame on a company that represents a financial institution. Good luck everyone!

Good product, but expect trouble

We had a positive experience with Qonto for quite a while. The interface is clean, the product is easy to use, and features like receipt matching and invoicing were genuinely useful in our daily business operations.

That is why what happened later was so disappointing.

Qonto informed us that our account would be terminated. In the first communication, we were told that our business activity could not be supported. Later, when we asked for clarification, we were told that the reason could not be disclosed.

At that time, we were using a credit line. About a week later, the outstanding balance was debited and the financing was settled. We were surprised that this happened without a clear warning in advance that the credit line would be called in that way.

Additional financing costs were also charged during the settlement, which we found difficult to understand in light of the early repayment.

We contacted support several times, but we only received generic responses and were unable to get a clear review of the case.

This was frustrating because, before this happened, we had actually been happy with the service and had come to rely on it in our normal workflow.

The product is well designed, but the way this situation was handled left us very disappointed.

They blocked me for reasons of…

They blocked me for reasons of identification ( what they ask every year ) - I present all info what they need but still nothing .
I text them - they don’t respond
I call them - they don’t respond

They block your money and you cannot do nothing about it !!!
When you do everything for your business to be successful , in that moment this bank will block you and you will loose I lot of payments and clients
