Our consultation times are scheduled within 1-hour appointment windows. This means that if you book, for example, a 2:00–3:00 PM timeslot, your doctor may contact you at any time within that one-hour period. We understand that waiting can sometimes be inconvenient, and we continually work to improve our service and minimise delays wherever possible.

Quick and easy. Especially when you are sick and don’t want to leave your home this makes the process of getting a doctor certificate a lot easier without the mental and physical strain.

I was rushed off
I was rushed off. Reception wasn’t great and sound was digitised so questions were repeated. I would have preferred to at least be able to ask for med cert aswell as script, but was pumped with questions and told script would be sent and call ended. Bit difficult to work at reception while being incontinent!

Efficient GP service and would use again
I needed a timely doctors opinion and sick certificate and couldn’t get in to see my usual GP. I was satisfied with the online Doctors assessment and recommendations. Paperwork sent through quickly. Would definitely use this service again.
