Great customer service

Great customer service. A replacement size sent without issue. I had to size up to an 8.5 as my usual 8 we’re far too tight even without insole.

6 months in and still love the style and the slip on function.

But. Initially these were great for running and walking. Sadly these have now loosened quite a bit and so are only really useful for dog walking now. Even then my foot now slides around. There is now too much give in the material. Heel also rises up when on rowing machine or doing lunges.

An expensive price for something that you can’t tighten at all without laces once the fabric starts to give…. Such a shame.
