Delivery was great
Delivery was great, the bike came just as expected. It's a great E-Bike to start out with, it's built well. Just went on my first 20-mile ride and had no issues. My son has the Spark, and I have the Spark Plus, we can't be more happy with our purchase.
The only issue we had was the instruction manual. The manual is a little different then the Q Life YouTube Assembly Video, other than that we couldn't be happier.

The Qlife fat tire 2.0 has an amazing range!! I can make it to work and back 2-3 times (4.8 miles each way) at full speed on one charge. Top speed is most definitely 35+ mph. Super fast acceleration and easy to use. Wish there was a manual cruise control button tho:/. Would buy again 5x thanks so much!:))

My father bought a replacement rear…
My father bought a replacement rear wheel rim and motor hub for $203.19 and that's including "free shipping and handling." Once the box arrived he opened it to find that the part isn't the correct one for his bike and wants to return it. So I started the process for him. How is it y'all gonna charge him $105.27 to return your product and restock it? That only leaves him with $97.92 when the original price was $199.00 for the product! Y'all is highway robbing people for returning items. I did my research and y'all's company is based out of NY, so how are you charging people $5.00 plus a 20% restocking fee if you're within the USA? Y'all are the most shadiest company known to mankind. Even Temu and Alibaba doesn't do it's customer's like this. I would expect better from a trusted seller of ebikes.

The bikes motor went out a few months…
The bikes motor went out a few months after we received it. I contacted Q life and they said the would send a replacement but it that had to wait for the part to come back in stock. 4 months after they said they would send it they email and say they aren’t because it is pasted the 90 day warranty. Don’t waste money on this Bike.

Great Bike, Great Customer Service
I got the QLife Spark ebike and it's super fun. It only took about 3 days to get delivered and it drives perfectly out the box. One issue was that the headlight cable got damaged during shipping but after contacting support they were quick to resolving the issue by sending me a new headlight and giving me $30 to show they're condolences. Overall, the bike is super fun to ride and great to commute with. It's sturdy and there's no noticeable "cheapness" to it. Their customer service is also very helpful and they always respond via email same day.
