We are loving our new electric trikes
We are loving our new electric trikes! We are both 67 and it has added such enjoyment for us! Our dog even rides with us in the rear basket. (We have her securely tethered to avoid any accidents.) We got 2 different colors so we can tell them apart. We thought that they both came with mirrors but only one did. I reached out to customer service and they have assured me that I will get a set for the other bike. They were easy to assemble and are well built. It was the best decision we ever made!!

My wie and i purchased two Qlife trikes last fall . We thoroughly love taking them on our camping trips to ride around the campgrounds, back and forth to the pool or beach .the delivery was quick and they went together very easily . We bought a cargo platform to haul the behind our motorhome what works out perfectly . Our lastest great experience is our two week stay at the New York state fair . I am part of the antique tractor display and these bike help me out a great deal due to my disabilities. We were able to go through the fair building and the crowds with ease . My friend liked it so much that he bought one . If you have disabilities or you just want to have fun i highly recommend recommend the qlife trike.

First time customer
This is my first time ordering with Qlife, but so far the experience has been great, the only thing that has been unfortunate is that i received an email letting me know the original color I ordered for my son would not be available until mid Sept, they asked if I would be interested in a different color that would ship out within 24 hrs. I accepted. They have been quick to respond. Something I look for when ordering online. So far a company I would use again.

Good customer services
Although, in the beginning, I had some issues with the bike and how the throttle was broke during shipping Qlifebike reached out to me and offered to ship a brand new throttle assembly out in order to get my son bike working again and him on it and enjoying it. The customer service I received after reaching out to them is what you would expect from every company they give me updates kept me informed told me when parts were shipping when it would be here and asked if there’s anything else they can do. I’m grateful that they helped get my son‘s bike fixed at no additionalcost to us.

I’m 60 years old , my right knee will act up when I did 2 or 3 hills on my regular bike .
Time for a change, I still don’t pedal all the time but helps a lot when I’m struggling with the hills
The only thing assembly video should be better more slow and a little more detailed on the parts that they are ensembling

I searching online alot and choose qlife about quality and price. They ship fast and customer service is good. That one make me supprise and believe it not scam. But nothing is perfect 100%. They still have small error something like 1 screw not fit or have to hard to install. Anyway that enough and good with that price and support so nice

Triker Customer Support is Wonderful
My Triker 2.0 was delivered in a timely manner, and was well packaged with no damage. I found the assembly instructions to be clear and easy to follow, and had the trike put together in an hour or so.
You can imagine my disappointment when I powered up the trike and received an error code when I engaged the Power Assist feature.
I reached out to Customer Support by email and they immediately sent me troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem. I let them know the results, and they delivered a new part.
Very pleasant interactions, it was no hassle at all to get the replacement.
My Triker is up and running and I love it! It’s fun to ride and handles the hills in my town with no problems!

Qlife will definitely be a brand I recommend!
Qlife is such a good brand they are very helpful through their customer service and personally I have the qlife SO2.0 26” and it is still working like it’s fresh out the box, I have had it for almost a year and it’s still pulling strong I ride it almost everyday, and the shipping is fast, the bike shipped fast and so did the 2 replacement parts I got from them shipped in less than 4 days

I'm very happy with my Qlife bike. The bike is sturdy, well-built, and rides smoothly. The customer service was also excellent. When I had a puncture issue, they went above and beyond by replacing the entire rear wheel assembly, which got me back on the road quickly. Great product and great support. Moisture in the display
I have had a couple issues with moisture getting into my display causing it to be in operatable, both times Qlifebike has sent me a replacement. Their customer service has been good to me.
