Aside from having the best prices on the market, they offer extremely satisfying client service! I had an issue with my bag, and the team members were incredibly kind and helped me resolve it.
I am more than satisfied with this experience, and I will definitely recommend Qlhype to everyone I know!

Unresponsive customer service
I have tried to schedule a return for over a week but I can't return it without a shipping label that I need from Qlhype. I have contacted Qlhype with email, phone, social media and have got no answers even though they promise to get back to you in 24 hours. This is not how you do business.

In spite of that, we have been assisting you from the start of September by trying to meet your specific needs by granting you an extension for the return time, exceeding our return policy by over two weeks.
We are, nevertheless, very sorry that you had issues with returning the item, we are doing everything we can to expedite the process, unfortunately at this point it is out of our hands, we have to wait for Fedex to give us info.
