Terrible service and no communication. It was impossible to contact Shawn directly, and there was no apology or follow-up. Reception kept saying he would be in touch, but we never heard back. Due to his negligence, our house offer was voided. Would not recommend.

Shawn was professional and very creative with my purchase. We encountered a few problems with certain personalities of sellers and their representatives, and he gave me solid advice throughout. Shawn remembered specific details of my situation and negotiated on my behalf accordingly, even getting a settlement 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

Shawn and Rebecca provided me with some serious and solid help through the rather complicated and fraught process of acquiring a block of land. There were numerous steps to go through, such as examining the contract of sale before signing, ordering a number of searches to make sure there were no hidden problems with the property, ID verification through the Post Office, and of course getting various payments organized through the online PEXA platform just before settlement day. Shawn and Rebecca provided very detailed and thorough documentation at every stage of the process. Overall, I found them to be very reliable, conscientious and professional, and always prompt in their responses to my emails and queries, even when they were busy and other matters were clearly making demands on their time. My only caveat is that, at the start of the process, I would have liked to have a clear, more concise picture of what the different steps of property acquisition were going to look like, as I found myself once or twice having to respond rather quickly to long detailed instructions which they had emailed me. In any case, I have no hesitation in recommending their services, both because they are people you can clearly count on, and because they have very competitive fees.
