Rapid turnaround of samples.
Unfortunately not what we are looking for.
We want to create a concrete feature wall in the living room which need to have a interesting patterning. The concrete wallpaper supplied by Wallism is what we are looking for but this woudl be perfect as a real concrete veneer!

Unique veneer which I used to cover my door to hang a couple of ethnic art work.

Customer service was really good. However, it would good if there was a video to show how you can stick and protect the veneer. It ended up being an easy process but given its a costly veneer, it would be helpful to have an instruction video to make sure you’re doing right.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

I ordered the full sample pack from them for their concrete on a roll products for £26.00. The picture of this shows a sample pack of 18 colours. You are able to buy them individually for £1.99 each but there were quite a few I was interested in so I thought the pack would be helpful.

After waiting nearly a week I received 5 fairly small samples of one particular colour. Very disappointing as had I purchased these separately it would have been less than half the price.

I gave them a call as I thought there had been a mix up and spoke to Faye. She was so rude and unwilling to listen to my problem. She wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences without interrupting me.

She offered to collect the samples and refund me which was fair enough but that wasn’t solving my problem. When I asked about getting the colours I was interested in she wouldn’t let me finish and actually hung up on me! Shocking customer service. Very unprofessional.

Such a shame as the product itself is good. I will be ordering a fair amount if I find the colour I need and will be spending a substantial amount on my project, and probably future projects to come, but I certainly won’t be ordering from QLA Interiors.

Your reply doesn’t really make sense to me. My original message was more apologetic than rude, I simply didn’t fully understand what I had received at the time.

It’s also quite surprising that this response has come 18 months after the review I left. I’m honestly impressed you can even recall it. As it stands, it feels more like a generic, stock reply to save face than a genuine response, especially given the delay.

I am thoroughly impressed with this product! The quality is outstanding, and the texture is amazing. The shipping was incredibly fast, and the item arrived safely packed without any damages. Their customer support is top-notch and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Purchased from QLA once before and as expected communication and service has been great. Product is beautiful, looks fantastic. Now just the dilemma of which to go for next! Thank you QLA.
