I discovered QIPHE.COM whilst searching for a specific watch which my wife was buying for my 60th birthday. Hesitant at first about using a site which was unknown to me but which was offering a very competitive price and delivery, I decided to proceed with the knowledge that secure payment could be made via Paypal.
I couldn't have been more delighted with the experience. Replies to my emails were received within 12 hours max. even at weekends. The delivery promised was respected with days to spare., the packaging was very substantial and my genuine, brand new watch arrived in perfect condition with all associated paperwork. I now would have no hesitation in purchasing from this company again. They are honest, courteous and efficient and deserve to be successful.

I was very hesitant to buy an expensive watch online. Qiphe were very friendly and responsive to my concerned. The product ordered was delivered within a week to Australia, and was everything it should have been. A beautiful watch. I cannot express to people reading this that the whole process was above board and exceptional. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I managed to find a recently discontinued product through Qiphe but was informed after I'd placed the order that they were out of stock. However, they said they would get more stock in within 3 weeks and asked if I would like to leave my order with them, which I agreed to. Sure enough, 3 weeks later I received confirmation that the order had been dispatched and the funds were taken from my account. A great service all round - I would highly recommend Qiphe and will definitely use them again.

I managed to find a AILA Swarovski at QIPHE.com. I am satisfied with the correspondence from them after ordering, they kept me informed about the progress of the order, and answered my questions very quick. It was well packaged. I wasn’t sure if I should buy from this online shop but after searching various other swarovski online dealers , I decided this was a legitimate site after reading many positive reviews about the company. I was right. The company were quick to return my emails with various questions and kept me updated about delivery and dispatch details. Everything I ordered arrived quickly and by a courier. I ordered one product from the Netherlands. I knew the product was very hard to get in many shops. Qiphe was the only one who had one piece in stock. I wanted three, They managed to get two pieces. They refunded me the one piece I had already paid without one question asked and informed me of that. That's the first time I experienced a shop transferring money back before I knew or could ask. They apologized for the long delivery time and gave me some free gifts instead. On top of that, they kept me informed about when the delivery will be made. When I send an email they responded very quickly. So, despite the long delivery time 5 stars for the good support and because of the fact the product was hard to get and they managed.

By chance I've found this website. After some consideration I've decide to buy a Chopard necklace. Although the item was not in stock, they have anwsered all my emails quickly. Everything was great, fast response, delivery with live tracking, packaging with box, documents, manufacturer warranty, certificate and extra giftbag from Chopard. I will recommend this shop to my friends.

I managed to find a Swarovski phone case on the Qiphe website that I was struggling to find in the UK. I had never heard of Qiphe before so was wary of using them at first but decided to take a chance. I was delighted with the correspondence from them after ordering, and my phone case arrived much quicker than expected. It was well packaged and came with all the usual Swarovski paperwork and gift bag. Overall, I would have no hesitation using this company again.

Fast replies on email and chat messages. Tough the watch I ordered was not in stock it was shipped in the time it said to do so. Very competitieve prices. Watch included an warranty paper with an official dealer stamp.
Delivery to the Netherlands took les then a day (DPD).

Since he had no stock, goods arrival was 26 days afterward.
However, he did briefing kindly briskly.
Therefore, I was not worried.

I'm not a frequent online buyer, so I'm very cautious with website outside my country. After some research I decided to buy a Chopard watch from Qiphe. The watch I've ordered was not in stock so I had to wait a couple of weeks. I've received an email with tracking details, so I could follow the parcel from the moment they ship until delivery. The watch came in a Chopard gift bag with original box, certificate and manufacturer warranty. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and their excellent customer service. I surely will buy from them again!

I decided to shop with Qiphe because they had a very competitive price yet also would include the original manufacturer 2 year warranty. I ordered my watch (Longines L2.739.4.71.3) on 27th Dec and the website quoted 20-40 days for delivery. All questions I had were answered promptly.

Then on 7th Jan I got a pleasant surprise. I was advised by Qiphe that they had received the order early! The watch was delivered to me on 9th Jan. It is absolutely stunning. Thank you Qiphe for your excellent customer service. The team really pulled out all the stops!

Wanted to buy an item that was not on stock, as I could see on the website.
After I sent an e-mail, there was a quick response.
Everything went as promised. Item arrived in perfect condition right on time.

I was hesitant at first but after some emails (quick response) I decided to buy something small and cheap first. Just to see how things going. I've never regretted the decision. Now I´m buying cosmetics products for me and my family. We save a lot of money. Although I don´t have it within few days the price make it worth waiting for. As long as it original and cheap I safe a lot of money. Money I can spend on other things :)

I placed an order before the site was officially launched, and the owner contacted me personally by mail. He let me know that as the site wasn't launched, he couldn't guarantee that the item was in stock.
The next day I was informed that he had procured it, should I still want it.

I happily paid, and received the item within the week (sent from Italy to Denmark)
