Used this company for the first time and very happy with deals and service. Flights were great prices and have just returned. Scott was very professional and I will definitely use this agency again. Found the tripcase app useful as well.

Our travel consultant Jodie was outstanding. She was very helpful, communicated really well to keep us updated on our booking, and was very friendly at the same time. A thousand times better than our past experiences using Flight Centre.

Theres always a pressure to pay for the ticket ASAP. Whilst I'm sure most of this is due to the airlines themsleves its not a great way to treat customers. Also I'm at a loss to understand why as a platnium QFF I don't get any discount on ticket price from QANTAS. I have to pay the same as someone who has never flown with them before. it seems a bizzare model

Cannot recommend Q Flyer highly enough - have used them twice and have found their service and response times are exceptional.
And nothing is too much to ask - any they always get back within the time frame that they say they will!
First class unbeatable service!

We just had Susan from QFlyer put a flights package together for our trip to Europe in June. She was amazing and was able to get us there and back in Business class with great OneWorld status credits / points. It is great to take that left turn when you board, we are also going via Japan on the way over / back with a stopover in Narita for a few days so going to be so much of a new adventure rather than the old straight through Dubai!

good service no credit card fee and no pressure

Great service. Incredibly responsive.

No more costly than making the booking myself - in fact, it was probably cheaper because they don't charge a credit card fee. And they are the experts at making sure I maximise status credits/points on partner airlines (which I am not).
