Myself & my husband were first time buyers, I can not thank Lewis enough for all his help & patience getting this all sorted for us. Anything I was unsure of Lewis would take the time to explain everything to me without making me feel silly.

My wife and I needed to remortgage our buy-to-let property. Our letting agency introduced us to Q Financial Services. I had an initial call with Lewis. He was very patient, calm and friendly on the call and made an accurate summary of our needs. Following this call, he kept us in-the-loop about potential products to suit. His colleague Andrea did likewise via email and various calls. Nearer our deadline he confirmed that all was on track. We were delighted with the service that we received. It is exceptional nowadays to find such a responsive level of service. Our calls were promptly answered or returned and their team made us feel valued as customers. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them for our next remortgage. Thank you.

Lewis was fantastic from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous, but Lewis guided us through every step with patience and clear explanations. He helped us understand our mortgage options, answered all our questions, and made sure we got the best deal possible. His support and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor and highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for expert and friendly help.

We got to know Lewis, he was an excellent communicator and also gave us confidence in time lines of obtaining a mortgage. He would maintain communication even though it started with us being in New Zealand and then continued back in the UK. I was impressed with his planning and organising too and gicving us a confident timeline of when and how each stage of the mortgage process would get completed was just awesome.

Jacques helped us with a mortgage on a purchase - always on hand for questions and made the whole process a breeze. Kirsty was also fantastic at chasing the estate agents and solicitors to keep the process moving.

I spoke to Iain about pension options today and can only say that I came away with great advice on what is best for me. Very knowledgable on all aspects of tax and pensions and very helpful with the quesions I had to ask. Would highly recommend.

I have to give special thanks to Dave and Jacques firstly!
I have a haulage company that is slowly growing and was given the opportunity to purchase the premises that we trade from near junction 10 of the M6. Little did I know the complexity of purchasing commercial property, it was overwhelming to say the least!! After trying the bank it was clear that trying to finance the purchase was near impossible unless I could pay at least 50% up front. An associate suggested a chat with Dave at Q financial and after a ten minute chat I was feeling a lot better about my chances of securing my businesses future. Between Jacques and Dave and the rest of the team I was guided through a very complex process that they put into terms that anyone can understand. I think that was the most important part as I was lost with all the hoops you have to jump through. Also the patience they have is unbelievable 😂. Dave managed to get me a deal with a commercial loan that was looked after and pushed through from start to finish and he would talk to me regularly to keep me updated on progress. Finally completed last week as was promised.
This should be a first contact for anyone looking for financial guidance/help, they have top people to sort any issue and I will recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Would definitely recommend these guys. Kirsty and Andrew specifically are amazing. They made a confusing process seem very easy. Used these for my first mortgage, and then when remortgaging. Communication was very quick. They went above and beyond making sure myself and my wife understood the process step by step. Any emails or questions were responded to quickly and efficiently.
