The staff was excellent the problem was the Ev (niro) wouldn’t let me charge. I spent 15 minutes on hold and finally hung up and then went back and got a Tacoma. It worked very well

Good vehicle at good price
After booking completed, all went well. Good vehicle. 4WD model as expected. However, had a lot of problem with my credit cards not being accepted by QEEQ automated security system. By the time this was done, the rates had increased significantly. Finally booked using pay at pick-up method, at higher rates.

Clean and Perfect
The only problem was that after a long overnight flight, we had to wait about 45 mins to pick up our car, other than that, the car was very clean and like brand new and worked perfect for our family and the return was very easy!!

The vehicle’s condition was…not that good
The vehicle’s condition was substandard, exhibiting widespread wear and tear. Both the TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) and the service indicator lights remained persistently illuminated, despite multiple diagnostic checks and repairs carried out at my own expense.
