They just froze my funds, they asked me to upgrade to vip before they release. I've only used the exchange for less than 24hrs. I would advise to trade cautiously with them.

Honestly
Honestly, I was hesitant at first, but this exchange? Smooth. Really smooth. The interface is clean, and I haven't had any of those weird lag issues I've seen elsewhere. Plus, verifying my account was surprisingly quick. My only gripe? A few more altcoins would be nice. Still, for basic trades, it's become my go-to.

Will buy again. Fast delivery, the package was nicely covered to protect the goods from rain. I wish the payment would be easier, the website had several issues and unnecessary complexities when entering the payment information.
