Improve yourself and get CPD points as a bonus!
A great place to improve yourself. I have been looking for a way to develop skills outside of my general training and learning at work. Things like listening and presenting are things that i struggle with, both in and out of work. QDooz has helped me improve on those skills whilst at the same time gaining CPD point for my work requirements too. What a bonus. Never thought it could be so easy!

It has made me grow in ways I never expected
I was blown away with the idea of being able to learn from mentors and coaches in areas that I need to improve on, in a way that is completely tailored to me. And I love it that my personal development is actually recognised by my bosses and my industry as accredited Continuing Professional Development. And the most surprising thing to me is that it 'goes two ways': while I work on qualities and skills that I need to develop, I also find out so much about myself and recognise qualities and skills I didn't know I had. It's brilliant!
