I ordered some tea towels and got a phone call that they had gone out of stock and they only had one colour left. It wasn't what I wanted so I asked for a refund. I then check the website and the products were still listed as in stock and could be ordered. So I waited a couple weeks and then popped through the order again. Of course the same thing happened and I asked for a refund once more. This time I asked when they will get them back in and the guy on the phone told me that he genuinely had no clue and it would likely be months, if ever... It's so simple to just update a website from in stock to out of stock, if they slack on these important things then you can imagine what corners they are cutting within the business. If you are thinking about buying from here, take your money elsewhere

You can improve by only selling merchandise that you actually have in stock and not constantly offering refunds, your customers order goods because they need and want, not to be disappointed every time by not having the goods. You really need to do a lot better than you are doing, people will not put up with this and you deservedly will earn yourselves a bad name.

I ordered tea towels which were really good quality at a great price. Will order again.

The colour was not as advertised

Item never received, emails ignored, no help from Bank or Paypal.

Still have not received the goods i paid for.

It is now some time since i placed my order and still no goods and i am unable to contact the company for a refund.
9th May 2024 still no sign of the goods .

I bought face cloths in december 2022 for my charity,it was he first time.
They made me panic s they did not communicate about my order,my thoughts were all over.
Surprise!!! I was excited with the quality when i eceived them, great quality at good prices.

Items reached me with in a week and it was a bank holiday, tea towels ok .

I placed my order easily and my order arrived on time. My tea towels are good quality and a good size, I washed them 2 or 3 times before I used them and they are very absorbant. I would recommend these.

The items arrives quickly and the ordering process was straight forward. Excellent service.

Ordered black checked tea towels. Received blue ones which don't go with my kitchen. One of the tea towels was also dirty looking with several marks on it. Emailed and asked for an exchange and I was immediately asked to send photos of the blue tea towels. Did this and have heard nothing since. The tea towels are really thin and poor quality. Don't waste your money buying from this company!

I am Roofer and I use these cleaning rags to clean the roof down at times when needed I have tried various places over the years and these appear to be the best ones you can get they come whole and uncut and when I receive them I was actually very very pleased we’ll be ordering from them again soon
