What a hell of experience
They depend on their products only .. they treat their customers very bad
Service was very very bad and no honest at all
They give wrong order and kept me updated with wrong information
With no interest
And even I try to reach to their manager but no response

I have waited and waited for my order and paid for expedited shipping. Messaged them 3 times. I just want a refund.

Ordered from them September 19th still waiting I emailed them heard nothing tried 3 times never will order again

The case wasn’t what I had expected. It wasn’t as safe or strong as I had expected.

Terrible customer service. I contacted the support email several times for help with a return; no one ever responded. Highly disappointing.

Half-assed design on the customization and slow customer service.

Quality is great! Only complaint is that I paid for faster shipping (3-4 business days) it was more like almost 3 weeks.

My case it still not here. Ordered on May 17, paid for 7 day shipping. It's May 31. DHL says you still haven't dropped it off, but printed a label. Cancel and refund Order #8150. Now.

the phone case is actually great quality for the decent price

I sent several emails regarding my case that was too small and never got a response. I sent it back and you should have received it! I expect a store credit.

Ordered on Saturday. Paid for expedited shipping. Label created next Wednesday? Five days from ordered to shipped. Don't expect replies to customer service emails, or anything approaching quick shipping, even if you pay for it. Love their cases but... not good for an ecommerce company.

I still have not received my product. I reached out to customer service and it sounded like they were going to try to help me locate my product. However, after one response, I’ve heard nothing else from them. I followed up with them and still heard nothing. Even if I’m able to get my purchase, I will not be ordering from this company again.

Qases is a scam company. I’ve been waiting for WEEKS for my case that I ordered. It’s saying my order has been placed but nothing has been confirmed. I wrote them an email asking for a refund and they said they’ll get back to me shortly…NOTHING! This is the only site I’ve seen with actual reviews. You can’t find any information about really much anywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Case took very long to receive and didn’t last very long. I love it but it’s already cracked by me taking off the case to clean my phone. Only took it off twice since I had it.

i Ordered an iphone 11 pro max case but received a casing for regular iphone 11 which is not helpful to me.
Since then i have never had any customer care to ask for help.

I love this case. It is beautiful with rice colors. My black magnetic piece blends in perfectly with the black at the top. (for attaching to magnet in car for viewing phone from the air vents for GPS). Great protection. Only issue is it makes the Google Pixel 6 Pro glass protector pop off so I just use a Google Pixel 6 glass protector instead. It's rugged and seems like it will take a fall with no issues. Received in about a week from when ordered.

I love my case happy that I was able to customize it. Dope asf.
