Excellent customer service, quality of products are amazing! I am a repeated customer for the last 5 years and would highly recommend Qalamkar

I received my item and I was happy with it and was willing to order more from the company. However the item I ordered had a really bad odour such as cigarettes or something so I messaged the company to let them know, and they responded with ‘get the item dry cleaned’, I am so shocked with this response, will they be paying for the dry-cleaning? The one item itself cost £106 including postage and now I must pay for dry-cleaning on top? And will they do anything in future to ensure clothes do not smell bad? Unfortunately they have lost a customer.

The dresses that I got are so beautiful, stunning and the quality of it are really good. Perfect fit.

Qalamkar has been delivering quality. Whenever I have ordered I have never been disappointed. Morever their customer service really lives upto the expectation and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

I’ve had a really good experience with QalamKar. The outfits I ordered are beautiful. The customer service is amazing, quick responses and answered any questions I had promptly. Despite the delivery date I was supposed to get my outfit, they worked hard to get it sent across to me sooner. I’ve bought from many Pakistan designers, but so far had the best experience with QalamKar. I definitely recommend the brand 🤍

Appreciate customer service

Ordered the first time, from abroad so i was very skeptical but the brand has very good pieces, and my customer support staff was very helpful and assuring, still waiting to receive the order. So far its good.

No doubts after wearing this brand people ask me from where I buy this. I love the dresses, also they put shameez on front under the shirt 5/5. I place an order yet I did not receive the order they launch new collection. Now I want new collection 😫 all they need to speed up their services so, customer mind did not get puzzle :D

Absolutely love QalamKar’s co-ord sets! The fabric quality and beautiful prints met my expectations. Customer service is excellent—very responsive and helpful. The checkout process was smooth and easy, and delivery arrived within the promised 10 to 12 days. Highly recommend!

Our complaint was initially delayed, but it was subsequently resolved with a great response. Rather than all of these issues, I really love qalamkar dresses.

I was so stressed, eid was just a day away and my parcel was stuck at courier warehouse, somi reachedout to Qalamkar and they escalated issue within 24 hours and I received my parcel 1st time in the morning. Jazak’ALLAH ✨ need people like you to deal with such patience and cooperation with their customers.

I place an order on qalamkar and got my dress before due date/function.
I am happy and satisfied with quality of fabric and also each and every detail is amazing.

First time from ordering abroad and I was impressed. I contacting them to ensure my suit would arrive before eid as there was a week left and they said it would. I placed the order and my suit arrived internationally within 4 days! Very fast and quick delivery and the suits were also stunning. Would recommend !

i have placed order with this shit company . once i placed the order they told me that you will get the clothes in 25 to 30 days. So i changed the order, i selected the clothes which were ready to ship. i received the clothes in 4 business days. There was a amount pending on their end and im keep chasing them for refund and they are not doing it.
today i received a message from qalamkar that we have refund your money please confirm us once you received . i have checked and the amount was not credited in my account. so i requested for screenshot after that i receive this message "We will confirm with the accounts department and update you accordingly."
so i request you all please dont place any order with this company.

very bad service it's horrible i ordered stitch suit but i don't know the delivery days so i cancel my order after 10 minutes.but still my payment is not returne.They said it's technical issue what the hell.plz don't order this brand they are scam don't pay advance.🙏🏻
