I usually keep my business private, but what happened with Q-depot seriously affected me, and I think it’s only right to share it so others don’t fall into the same situation.

A while ago, I was looking for high-quality skincare products to sell on Amazon. After some research, I saw great potential in a Korean brand and wanted to work directly with them. I tried reaching out to the brand multiple times but didn’t hear back, so I figured maybe they weren’t accepting small accounts or it was just bad timing.

That’s when I came across Q-depot. The website looked professional, had solid reviews, and listed the exact products I was looking for. I placed an order, trusting they were a reliable source.

But once the products reached Amazon, my account was deactivated due to authenticity issues.

When I checked, the UPC code on Q-depot’s invoice didn’t match what Amazon expected. I immediately contacted Q-depot and asked them what’s going on. They told me they confirmed everything with the brand, which made it sound like they had direct access.

So I asked them for just three basic things to prove the authenticity:

A letter of authorization

Supply chain info

Certificate of origin

That’s it. Simple documents that any legit supplier working with a brand should be able to provide. But they refused. Over and over again. All they gave me was an invoice which Amazon didn’t accept.

After that, communication got worse. My questions were ignored. The tone became cold. Then complete silence.

Meanwhile, my business has been stuck for over two months, and I’ve lost a lot money, customers, and most importantly, time. I built everything with my own hands and now it’s all paused just because the supplier won’t cooperate.

If Q-depot really works with these brands, there’s no reason they should hide this kind of documentation. That alone raises a big red flag.

I’m currently reporting the situation to trade authorities in Korea, and I just want other sellers especially on Amazon to be very careful. On the surface, Q-depot looks like a trustworthy supplier, but when problems happen, they disappear.

When I delayed the 50% upfront payment by a short time, they suddenly deactivated the wholesale account I had with them. After that, they kept sending emails pressuring me to complete the payment. It felt like I had no choice but to pay in order to keep my order active

They use manipulative tactics to get 5-star reviews after my order, they sent several messages offering discounts only if I left them a 5-star review. It felt dishonest, like they were trying to trick people into boosting their reputation instead of earning it through genuine service.

This experience has taught me a hard lesson. I hope by sharing it, I can help someone else avoid going through what I did.

Always fast in shipping and all products are high quality and i always receive them in a very good condition i really appreciate there usual support when i need
