Website didn't show my address even though I submitted it while booking. But an agent reached out to take my address via email. Yet, it was sent to a post office for collection and had to be re-routed. I understand the website is currently being worked on though hence the 3 stars.

Despite two phone number listed on their web site and one of which is unrecognised when called and the other just rings until its disconnects. Unable to send them an email with information which would help in delivery like my home address, multiple issues with their website. I ordered three things and as I am not able to contact them during business hours I again tried to send them an email to cancel the order and yet again " problem occured try again later" message. Due to this apparent lack of staff or the ability to pick up a phone, I have contacted my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY< VERY POOR IN OPERATION AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!
I have noticed only 1 feed back for them this year.

Great kit, ridiculously fast postage

Very impressed with these lights 150w spiral bulbs. Bright light with a good day light balance 5500k. Colour reproduction looks excellent. I’m told by the seller that they are CRI 92. Much better then previous bulbs I was using, visibly superior.

This product is sturdy and well made with reasonable price. Everything is in the package so don't need additional parts but the product manual is missing. It's not that difficult to assemble, but I think it would be better to have a manual. Please don't overestimate your customers. :)

Ordered a backdrop with next day delivery, didn’t arrive and no communication.

I purchased a 3m wide artic white background, great product, great service and next day delivery.

Beware !! Absolutely zero after-sales service. I have tried to contact them numerous times to regarding a faulty lamp and have been completely ignored....unbelievable! Non caring , non professional and downright rude.

Well I am happy with my product despite the fact that it is not brand new so I will have to re-foam the inside of my flight case that I bought from you, however very good service and delivery no fault on that!

Everything was fine. The lamps are great. A few little things are to criticize. The Barndoors are a little lousy and like in any chinese product, there is no production manual.The package was a little damaged and inside one bag with screws and ball bearings was ripped open and thrown in the carton. I guess this was the costume authority. For foreign orders, please notice the payment for costumes on top for your country.
