The problem of the restaurant, no, it turns out that the courier pyszne.pl goes with my food more than an hour, even though in truth it takes 10-15 minutes. In the end, for the umpteenth time in a row I get cold food. I understand that it can happen, but at pyszne.pl this is the norm

The system calculates it automatically, based on the reviews given by customers, so depending on the day and the number of orders in the restaurant you have chosen - it can both lengthen and shorten. A tragedy. Orders did not happen, but pyszne.pl happily took the money twice. Of course, it's event booked already on my account so I wonder how you scammers made it happen while no order has been matched with the payment. I just unistall and move to Wolt or Uber. That was my last time.

Pyszne is a good bet
Pyszne provides reliable, consistent service. From a consumer standpoint, the fees are reasonable and there are reward programs. On the rare occurrences that it has been necessary, Pyszne representatives have communicated well and resolved the issue quickly. The drivers are typically courteous and pleasant to interact with. There are a lot of restaurants that participate, and that variety enables me to use Pyszne once or twice in a typical week, and I have done so since I moved to Poland two years ago. It is one of the more reliable services I have encountered here, though by no means the only one.

I feel cheated
I feel cheated, I received a message that the courier on the way will deliver one more delivery and that it will not extend my delivery time. I checked the map what route the courier is taking and you can see that the courier is going through Katowice Szopienice which means the route is more than 20 minutes longer and instead of 40 minutes I will be waiting for more than an hour. This is lying to the customer and I will not order through Pyszne.pl again.

This app is the worst food ordering app…
This app is the worst food ordering app i have ever seen i just order from a mc donalds which is 450 meters away from my apartment and it took aprroximatley 2 hours for them to deliver. Normally with uber or wolt it took like 20-25 mins. I will never use this app again and dont reccomend for anyone to use it.

Big disappointment. Basically, it's just the cake and there were no additives. Totally no worth the price and many good reviews. Chain pizza is better than this one. We ordered 2 pizzas. The 42 cm seafood pizza tasted like a margarita with a few 0.5 cm shrimp. There were also a few squids rings, 0.5 cm in diameter. Wasted money. We won't order again.
