So, it wasnt bad ig, idk how good other proxies are due to me not knowing much about other proxies. But I bought it, worked 3 days on it and now the site is gone, my money is gone. Even if the site comes back I dont recommend them. Stay away

I think there is an issue with how the proxy runs because I bought 5GB last week on the 7th, and now it has already depleted. Like, I don't use it daily, and it is already finished. Also, ensure that we can buy less than 5 GB we all cannot afford the 5GB weekly as it is. So kindly do better. It seems like you are stealing from me.

I had some trouble finding my login details, but their customer support was fantastic and helped me get everything sorted out in no time.

Their static IP has been great for my TikTok shop. I've used it for months without a single issue.

Worst customer support and services. 10 out of the 20 proxies I bought stopped working. I've sent them an email and they stop responding. Don't waste your money.

When you encounter an issue, it is very difficult to reach out and get timely support. The damage you suffer due to their service disruption is far greater than the cost you pay them. I am truly concerned and may consider discontinuing their service.

compliance team solved my issue and they refunded the amount that had the issue on it.

I had an exceedingly frustrating time with PYPROXY. Their system, as it turned out, did not process the payment correctly, and later on, their support team reverted pretty late when I had contacted them several times. The support personnel was wholly non-cooperative; instead, they blamed me, trying to hide the system failure and refused even a single concession or a refund for a failed process fully due to them.

E-mail replies were very slow and dismissive without a note of urgency or concern towards the customers—something completely unacceptable, given the fact that these services only work with timely and appropriate payment processing.

In case you care about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend you avoid the service provider named PYPROXY. Terrible handling of my case from end to end left such a bad taste that I would rather not trust this particular service provider again for any business transaction.

Should not be used

if you want slow proxy, choose them.
now is more slower in speed than before. waste of time contacting with customer support they do not resolve the issue.

I bought ISP proxies from them, around 50
When you check on whoer, it will say its from 'Mauritius' some small African country..
When I tried to tell this to the support, they were like "we are checking it on xy and it show up as whatever'

I was like, fine, my target site actually detect them as the correct country, be it Sweden, Poland, Spain etc..
That was for a week, now even my target site detect them as Mauritius..

I don't know what shady method they use to play with the proxy country but it just gonna get me into trouble

So I cant use any of the proxies I bought from them and I cant even hope for a refund
So spare yourself from the trouble and use another provider, wasted money

edit: I received replacement proxies after the review.
They are using ipinfo to check the location, and its indeed correct there, but some other say may show Thailand or Mauritius

Proxies are good. Residential proxies are good for web scraping. I bought for my company. We have used PY for serveral months. All good. The only problem is time difference. We're in different region. Hope they can get an office in US.
