I am writing to lodge a serious…

I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent interaction with the manager Nadim I spoke to from your office at 020 8428 7721 on 25 th September 2025.

The way I was spoken to during this call was unacceptable, highly disrespectful, and unprofessional. The manager’s tone was condescending, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate for someone representing your organisation. No client or customer should ever be subjected to that type of behaviour.

For your awareness, the call was made from my work phone and is recorded in full. I therefore have a verifiable record of the manager’s conduct, which I am prepared to provide if required.

I want to make it clear that I will not tolerate being treated in this manner. I expect immediate action to be taken to address this issue, and I request a written response outlining what steps will be taken to ensure that no one else is subjected to such treatment in the future.

If this matter is not dealt with promptly and appropriately, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant regulators and, if necessary, seek further advice about this.
