Can't access funds
Similar to many of the posts below, I have residual funds in my account of £100 which I cannot access. I have tried numerous times to email customer support and received no response to my emails (I have now tried 2 different email address but haven't heard back for over 2 weeks). Surely there has to be some legal obligation that if the company stop trading in the UK customers are made aware of this so they can remove funds. In any case I would just like my money back.
Initially I had no issue with the site and it was actually quite user friendly but I would have to recommend everyone to avoid.
A similar experience to those…
A similar experience to those previously mentioned....PWR originally answered my initial email.....now nothing. They have £235 of my money and I am not happy!
Stay away
I would like to withdraw my money but there is no way. The page withdrawal is completely empty. No answers to my e-mails, chat is not available at any time. I fear my money is away. To all other people outside. Stay away from this site.

Shocking - stay well clear
Shocking. I’m only on here as I was trying to find a way of contacting them. They may reply to this! I want to withdraw my money - impossible - it offers me trustly which i have never used. I can’t place a bet. I have sent 3 emails no response. I found the live CHat board below - it’s shut ! Even though it’s ‘open’ 24/7. I’ve left 4 messages there as well. I fear my money is gone. What a bunch of shisters! Stay well clear no wonder they lost their license

They stole £600 from me
I can't login to my account, I had £600 on there. Any emails keep bouncing and there's no live chat. Absolute SCAM, stay away!

PWRBET withdraw pay or not pay?
I am a PWRBET customer, and I requested my first withdrawal, they promised to withdraw to my ecopayz account within 24 hours.
24 hours passed and I didn't receive it on my ecopayz account.
I contacted the live chat, IRIS informed me that the withdrawal was approved by the responsible department and would be processed in less than two hours by the other department that makes the payments.
After this deadline, I did not receive it on my ecopayz account.
now i try to get in touch by email, live chat, nobody answers me.
I am trying to receive what is mine in fact and by right. I'm trying to settle amicably.
I want to know about PWR: will you pay me what is rightfully mine when ???

Legal action against PWR bet
It cannot be legal to simply not pay out and not reply to emails for withdrawals, They owe me 1000 pounds, another guy on here 5000. I have contacted the UK gambling commission and would advise you do the same.

Ridiculous site, avoid!
Tried to close my account on their website. Sent email message with that request and no response. Now, there is no contact with them at all. Everytime I send them email I receive email back that my message can't be delivered because email address and sending to is no longer available and there is no contact number on their site and no any other contact detail whatsoever. Avoid!!!

AVOID
AVOID: I have been trying to withdraw for over two weeks, I submitted all required documentation on the 9th Sept and they have been silent since. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service and security addresses and have yet to receive a non-automated reply to any. Awful company.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Happy to take your deposit but will not pay out. Been waiting for withdrawal since 4th Sep.
Following PWR response to my above comments I now find that they have stopped me logging in!! This company is just a scam

Been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed since the 14th Sept, keep emailing and get very little help, account has been fully verified as they have sent me an email to confirm this so no explanation as to why they are not processing my withdrawal, happy to take my money when depositing not happy to pay out.
To update its 25/9/19 and still payment not processed dispite reply from PWR saying they would resolve

Awful
Awful.
Sent in a copy of my driving license, bank statement and utility bill. Now they're asking for me to hold up my phone to my face which shows the text message in a photo. The best part is that their upload page doesn't work and this all has to be sent via email, breaking every GDPR regulation.
It's obvious what they are up to, bombard the customer with ID requests until they get fed up and quit.

total sham of a bookies. quick to take your money when depositing. no questions asked. soon as you win, they lower your max stakes to 10p lol. no phone number, live chat NEVER works, so there is simply no way of contacting them. have won £5000 . sent them all verification documents, passport driver license bank statements, ridiculous selfie, and still no reply.
total con artists. do not use this site. they are robbing thieves.

Theiving criminals
Disgusting company will not allow me to withdraw and keep saying I have not sent my passport in when I’ve sent it 4 times, contacted the CEO and no response. Waiting several weeks for a withdrawal of a few hundred pounds which is a lot of money. Site is terrible you can’t find anything and doesn’t load properly and changes language at random

extremely poor company
extremely poor company, website design is poor, you can never get in touch with anyone from their customer service via chat or email and they have no telephone number either, the worst of it is I signed up because of their bonus which I haven't been able to use despite the bonus appearing on my account. stay far away from this fraud of a bookies.

The worst betting company I have ever…
The worst betting company I have ever used. Advertised a matched 100% deposit free bet but it was not credited. When contacted they suggested withdrawing the deposit and depositing again but unable to withdraw without sending a ridiculous amount of personal information. Do not use unless you want endless admin.

Cant even access their website for some…
Cant even access their website for some reason LOL
UPDATE: During withdrawal process they will ask you for all different, strange kind of things which literally NONE of the BOOKIES ever asks for, not a single reputable one and im signed up to dozens of them. Its almost laughable.
And NO, its not their legal obligation to do that. No bookmakers do things they do to verify you. Interested ? Try :)
At one point one thinks they are going to ask you for your stool sample to verify your DNA....but no... not yet ! :)
