P&W Event Hire Reviews

Fantastic service and highly efficient. I could not recommend them more.

Excellent service - would highly recommend!!

Great reliable professional company to deal with. Responsive and prompt to all communication and thorough in explanation on delivery and collection. Delivery driver was a diamond bless him! Tables were great - chairs topped those and really made the occasion. Many thanks P&W I’d use you again without hesitation. 😁

We used P&W Event Hire for a long term rent of their equipment. The service was kind, professional and helpful. One example is the sharing of picture of the items we required.
When we had to cancel at the last minute, P&W Event Hire went over and above the contract we had signed in refunding us.
We will certainly look to use P&W Event Hire again in future.

What can I say top vendor. Equipment came on time all good equipment as well. Great communication just brilliant thank you guys done an amazing job. Dan the haulier spot on as well great guy very helpful.

Straightforward and quick to respond to queries. I think ours was an uncomplicated event (5 tables and 30 chairs) and delivery seemed to account for much of the bill but of course that made it very convenient. Happy to recommend.

Amazing super fast service, would 100% recommend!

Richard and the team are brilliant, we have been using them for several years and they always provide the best service, they take care of the delivery, collection and everything in-between. The tables and benches used at our events are outstanding and always stands out to the crowd.

Fantastic service from ordering, delivering, setting up and picking up ! I could not fault P&W plus great value for money. Great equipment that added the “wow” factor to our event. Staff were very accommodating with my last minute requests & changes and fitting within budget. All I can say is BRILLIANT and thank you very much P&W. I will definitely use P&W again!

Nothing less than 5 stars for P&W - would give them more if we could. They are incredible value, hugely helpful when loading and unloading our delivery and very accommodating for a last minute, quite drastic change in our order. Thank you so much!

Nice looking chairs, clean and sturdy.
Was kept informed of times of delivery and collection and was prompt and polite

Great communication and help. Needed a dance floor for my 70th birthday party and I was able to get the perfect size. P&W's warehouse is at East Grinstead and we opted to pick it up ourselves, which worked out fine. We were shown exactly how to assemble it and given a map of which square to put where.

Excellent service from start to finish. We hired chairs and tables for our family Boxing Day meal. Really easy communication. 100% recommend.

We hired chairs at relatively short notice, they were quick to respond, all very friendly and efficient, would happily recommend.

We hired some tables and chairs to accommodate family at Christmas.
I contacted P&W Event Hire at short notice and they have been great from the off. Communication, reasonable pricing, collection and deposit return. I cannot thank the company enough.
Highly recommend to anyone.
Thanks again.

I hired a table and chairs for Christmas. These guys are absolutely fantastic. They respond quickly to all communication even on a weekend. I couldn't decide which table I needed so they set up various options and sent me photos. I had to change my collection day and time several times and they were extremely patient with me. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend them and will be booking again for next Christmas. Thank you for exceptional service 😁

We hired a dance floor and festoon lighting from P&W for our wedding reception and the service was great from start to finish. The most reasonably priced I found, communication was great, always fast responses and generally great service all round. Would highly recommend!
