I ordered 2 Gibsons puzzles. When delivered, one had a dent in the box. This was disappointing as I planned on giving it as a present. No response from the company when I informed them.

Superfast delivery (5 days to Eastern Europe). However, the puzzle came with manufacturer's defect - one side of the box has been torn and tucked in. The outer plastic packaging is original. This is very unfortunate as I bought the puzzle as a present. Even though there is another one of the same available for sale, I won't be exchanging mine due additional tax charges on UK goods. The recipient is turning 81, so, fingers crossed, she won't be too upset about the damage, but still, it's disappointing.

I've ordered a few times from these and can't fault them. Fast delivery with regular updates. Their site has a large range if jigsaws that are hard to find elsewhere. Will now be my go to when ordering puzzles.

I received an Advent Jigsaw from a kind friend and am absolutely loving it! The 50 piece daily puzzles are a challenge but fun. I look forward to getting up in the morning to do it!

I ordered my puzzle on the 12th, Nov, now 18th, gave me a tracking reference which shows no movement to date. 3 tries to get a response from the company as to why, all ignored.
