I've been using Puurefilters for over a year and the experience has been great. My filter recently started running water through both sides so they agreed to send me a replacement one free of charge. The customer service was excellent! 🙂

After lengthy delays with adapters we eventually got the system up and running

Took awhile to arrive but very happy with product. Easy to install and definitely can taste the difference in water quality.

Really happy with the decision to use Puurefilters. Ordering and delivery was smooth, easy installation and the filter definitely improves the water.
I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy solution for cleaner water!

Got this filter from a friend a few months ago, so decided to give it a go. Until the filter run out (3 months) I wasn't sure about it, but when tried drinking the water without the filter I actually couldn't. I could taste the chloride and other chemicals so clearly after having been accustomed to the filtered water. I then decided to order another and subscribe to regular delivery of replacement filters.
My first order went awol but when I contacted customer service, they were super friendly and efficient and sent a new ordrer straight away, no questions asked and no further payment.

Delivery is now well into week three and tracking has stopped working. This is not ‘express’, under anyone’s definition.

No idea as to how it works, but quite honestly it’s being sent back for a refund. If a company doesn’t care enough to post their product in a timely manner, then they don’t care about their product.

I note the response below and I have already emailed the address given, but surprise surprise dear reader, no answer has been forthcoming.

Finally the much vaunted parcel turned up GV566372519GB, alas incomplete and non-functional. Whoever is managing their distribution in China, is destroying their business.

It’s simple, working as advertised and seems to be a great product . The end to end experience from order to delivery and usage has been great!

Effective filters, easy to fit and use. They make such a difference!

Water really tastes way better with the filter, and its nice to feel there’s less garbage in the water.

Delivery takes quite a bit though, but once you get the replacements regularly that doesn't really matter

Filters do what they do, improve the wayer taste/quality.

I don't have to worry about refill jugs or running out of filtered water anymore. It just comes straight from the tap and tastes good too.

Received within a week of ordering, easy to install & works really well. I’m really glad I bought it.

We’ve grown tired of drinking the ‘healthy’, counter productive alternative to tap water; mineral water in plastic bottles. Since switching to puure we’ve not only noticed a reduction in limescale and plastic waste for recycling but our tap water tastes so much better. In fact the whole family did a taste test and the water no longer tastes of anything compared to the distinctly chlorinated flavour before the filter was fitted (which only too seconds)
