Mini golf and amusements brilliant. Bar and food good quality however the toilets now have coded locks on and you have to find a staff member to ask to unlock and go to the toilet.
I went with my wife and 2 young children and the people hanging around in there not buying anything or playing mini golf made the atmosphere of the place terrible…
Great idea but badly run and unfortunately in the wrong location

Brilliant fun, had a great time. Took our retired parents for a round, loved it. Suitable for all ages. Will definitely be returning.

The putting is fine with a choice of courses and reasonable vfm, however, let’s talk about the food. Whilst I don’t expect 5 star dining, it’d be nice if the food and drinks were hotter (at best it was warm and one of the pizza twists was nigh on inedible due to it being so hard). Flavour-wise, it was fine, just nowhere near hot enough - not even the mocha coffees. Did we raise this at the time? No, always wary of complaining about food for obvious reasons. So, please make sure the food is piping hot to ensure you keep your customers happy.

Lovely afternoon enjoyed the 3different courses, great family fun. 2pm Friday was a great time to visit, not busy so had plenty of time to play the courses
It was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly
Good selection of drinks from the bar
We didn’t have food but looked nice when served to other guests.
Plenty of parking outside the venue
Highly recommended definitely return

New Centre but already it is falling apart and unkept
Not particularly exciting mini golf and if we had paid full price ( £74 for 4) I would have been even more disgruntled

Easy to book, easy to get checked in and on the course. Just have to input scores electronically at each ‘hole’ but absolutely fine. Staff member cleaning the toilets was super helpful when noticed I was attending to my little boy who had cut his hand (nothing to do with there, a scab had reopened) she came back with an antiseptic wipe and plaster and I didn’t need to ask her. Great experience. Price is good also!

With two grandkids had a great time. Place wasn't crowded so no pressure on moving around course. Will certainly visit again. Well priced for a treat from grandma.

Puttstars was a really good experience for our family to enjoy. We had lots of fun!

Peterborough: Check in queue was long. Understaffed. Courses were good and different skill levels so our group was happy. Just glad it wasnt too busy as standing around waiting would become an issue of boredom. Long wait at bar for drinks. Understaffed. Not enough toilets, and lacked acceptable hygiene levels. Dirty with no toilet paper. Understaffed. Value for money wasnt too bad to play, but food and drink is questionable.

It was a dreadful day weather wise and a couple of games of golf at puttstars provided great entertainment.
Fun for all ages and thus a good family activity to including the grandparents.
Recommend it to anyone

We took our 8 year old Grandson to Puttstars. It was the first time any of us had been. Our grandson said it was the best mini golf he’d ever played. A very enjoyable game. Tablets easy to use.

Busy but managed to do what we wanted kids loved it

BEWARE SCAMMERS This company charges a premium rate on the booking number shown on their website. It's not a free phone number and I was charged over £6 for a short phone call where I didn't even book anything.

When I found the charge on my phone bill and found who it was from I went back and checked the website. There is a small print stating a charge of 7p per minute but I was charged over 9 times that amount.

Shady AF

I booked a kids birthday party at Puttstars Harrow for 16 children. and must say that it was the best decision I could make. We all had a wonderful time. Our party host Aimee was amazingly helpful . All the kids said “ the best party ever”.
You will definitely have new customers Puttstars..

Great friendly family fun

A great day for all and doesn’t cost the earth!!

This was my first visit to PuttStars with my grandchildren. We had a fantastic time. It was so much fun and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the course. The food was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Great atmosphere and fun activity. Friendly staff members. Perfect location.

The only reason I gave 2* was I had a 50% off game however when I paid online it didn't take the 50% off, so I thought I would take it up at the place itself. However I was told they couldn't do anything about it and said I had to contact the main place. I wasn't offered the phone number so I did have to ask for it. I did ask if we could do an extra game to make up for the 50% but was told NO. Not a good experience this time.
