Order 736989 - winter box, that I received December 29th 2025. I ordered the hoodie size M and got XS. I contacted the client service, they asked for proof - the pictures of the box, the hoodie, etc. I provided everything. They said ok, but unfortunately 4-6 weeks waiting time to get the hoodie size M in stock, I accepted to wait. 3 MONTHS LATER still no news! I contacted them, no reply whatsoever. Very disappointing.

They literally listed the summer box for pre order, i pre ordered it (the spring box was no where on site and was accepting pre orders for next theme)
They claimed that’s not true. Their site LITERALLY only gave a pre order option yet they’re claiming I’m confused. They made a mistake and won’t own up to it.
Missing items, massive delays in shipping, poor customer service
Delivery was very late, and to top it off the contents were wildly disappointing. They sent me a hoodie in the wrong size. Despite promising a solution within six weeks, there is still no movement on a replacement or refund. Despite one of the gifts supposedly being a 3 pk of stickers, they're claiming it's a misprint and only included 1. Vinyl figure felt cheap. Cancellation was incredibly difficult, and despite sending several emails after I discovered I could not log in, I was still charged for another box several weeks later.
Really late delivery
The boxes are sent so late that they align for the season just a few weeks. Tomorrow is August 1, and my granddaughter has not received the summer box. Pusheen/Culture Fly Customer Service says it's on the way but can't tell me when. What? In retrospect I'd make my own subscription boxes as gifts!
Absolutely appalling customer service…
Absolutely appalling customer service and don’t expect to be charged on the date that your account says that you’ll be charged for a box as they take it whenever they feel like it when you’re not expecting it even if you have a schedule payment set up when I asked to be refunded because I didn’t have the funds in my account I said that I wasn’t cancelling my Pusheen box subscription I just wanted to be refunded for now until my date on my account was supposed to be charged as I had planned to have the funds ready for that date I was emailed back saying that they cancelled my whole subscription and that they couldn’t cancel my one box because they’d already printed the shipping label out, even though it’s not meant to be shipped until late July they told me that they’re charging me for that single box and had already cancelled my full subscription for this year they didn’t even email me with my options of what I can do they just went ahead and charge me for one box which is very expensive as I live in the UK and every time I am charge to my account I have to pay a currency charge so now if I resubscribe back to the pushing box for September, I’m now going to be charged about £280 for the year because I have to pay for one single box on its own now or I miss out on the summer box for this year and this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with a customer service. I am really thinking about never subscribing again as it doesn’t seem worth it with these last few boxes I’ve been getting the quality is gone downhill since 2018, since I first subscribed to the box I would not recommend the Pusheen box to any of my family or friends
Not worth it
Customer service is OK, but if you're from EU it's not worth it. The box cost me 85 euro as the box itself costs approx 43 euro, the shipping to germany 25 and then there are additional tax and customs fees for 20 euro. Also the shipping takes so long. The stuff inside the box is nice if you're a fan. But definitely not worth the high price.

Got my first box months after it was supposed to arrive but it was amazing. Second box also late but missing two products and a third was damaged. Not worth the hassle, especially if shipping overseas.
Canceling is a Hassle
Canceling is a Hassle! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now and have been sent 2 boxes and charged for 3 during that period of time. Their site is claiming I don't even have an account, and their email address is kicking back. Cannot recommend this box to anyone with the current state of customer service. The items are all cute but some of it is very low quality, my wife enjoyed it while we were subscribed but we just want to be done now.
Always late, ugly items, nothing you want anymore
Boxes are always months late. Items suck and aren’t cute anymore or anything you want. Items arrive broken and damaged. Don’t waste your money. Just buy Pusheen stuff you like on your own.
Not As Good As It Used To Be
I used to LOVE Pusheen box when they were new. They had lots of cute goodies and even if there was something I didn’t want, I could always give it to someone else.
As time went on, I was getting more and more things I didn’t like or couldn’t use so I ended up cancelling — cut to years later, my niece became a Pusheen fan and wanted a Pusheen Box for her birthday. I went ahead and ordered one in April (her birthday was May 21) and it didn’t ship in time.
I contacted customer service on June 11th asking to cancel the order because her birthday had long since passed. They told me they “couldn’t cancel because it was already prepared for shipment.” It didn’t ship until June 22… almost 2 weeks later. I don’t want to be that person, but I don’t personally 100% understand why they couldn’t have cancelled it if it wasn’t going to ship within a couple of days of me reaching out.
While I’m glad she’s going to have a box to enjoy, I’m also kind of peeved. I could’ve used that $50 to get her something else that would’ve been there on time.
I know I’m not the only person who has run into the issue of their seasonal boxes shipping WAY late.
I understand if things are kind of tight in regards to production, but you need to be transparent with your customers so they can make an informed decision about whether or not they want to stick with it.

I would have given a zero if it was an option. I have a subscription for my granddaughter and she loves Pusheen. They give a tracking number but there’s no tracking info to be found. Don’t understand how they can give a FedEx tracking number 3-10-2022 and still they haven’t shipped? They keep saying they have delays in shipping. Said will ship mid to end of May and here it is 5/28 and still nothing has shipped. Thankfully my granddaughter is older and is getting used to these excuses by now because this has been happening from day one! 😡.
Such Terrible Customer Service!
So, on 11/15/21 I ordered the quarterly plan for the idea of getting the winter box for a Christmas gift for my Grandson who loves Pusheen. I have had very little communication from them regarding when the Winter box will ship! I accidently deleted my original email account so I contacted them to let them know and find out the shipping status. I got a reply on December 18th saying " it will ship soon " and no way to change my email address! I obviously won't be getting this box by Christmas. These people just take your money and run. I am going to ask my credit card company for a refund. My advice is to avoid ordering this box from Pusheen.com. You can pick up some single items on Amazon and ebay, without the hassel.

Might well be a scam

Change Your Shipping Courier Stateside, PLEASE
This company's shipping (in the U.S.) is a joke.
First of all, I have only been subbed for about a year. I was planning on making it a fun thing between my son and I where we'd split the box and have fun opening it. However, EVERY box I have gotten so far has been plagued with issues. EACH box I've had to call up FedEx to find out why my box was late, why it wasn't updating the tracking, etc. Each box took nearly 3 weeks to a month to get here from the time Culture Fly claims the boxes were shipped. This last box (Spring 2021) was the last straw; I am STILL trying to track down this box. It was charged to my account on March 17th, mailed late on May 4th with NO EXPLANATION to customers why there was a delay and it still hasn't shown up, even though it *should* have been delivered May 12. FedEx won't open an investigation into where it's gone because there are "holds" on the boxes and the company that sent them has to be the one to launch it (so Culture Fly in this instance). That is LUDICROUS that I have to contact a company that is NOTORIOUSLY DIFFICULT to get a hold of to find out why MY mail isn't showing up when it's supposed to. Absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, people in countries outside the U.S. have had little issue getting their boxes and most have already reported that it arrived.
Add to that incredibly frustrating customer service... is it routine for you to not answer customers when they have concerns or questions for three or more days or to just throw random generic responses without actually answering their questions?
Add to that already bad list the fact that the last several items from Fall and Winter boxes were such low quality that had it NOT been for the sweatshirt and hoodie in those boxes, the boxes would NOT have been worth the $50 dollars U.S. customers pay for it. There were numerous reports of broken items in the fall box and the winter box had dollar store glasses and salt/pepper shakers with really badly done decals on them. My wine glass had bubbles in the glass, which is normally seen as a defect and not sold (except at some dollar stores here in the U.S.)
So 2/5 stars. One star because sometimes, the items are cute and worthwhile (the hoodie, sweatshirt, blanket, thermos, etc. were all nice items) and one star because I recognize that shipping isn't 100% this company's fault, HOWEVER... it should be stated that I order multiple subscription boxes that utilize the same service (FedEx SmartPost) and they all get here on time (mostly) and without incident.
No communication, cheap and slow
No communication, cheap tat. There will be one or two good items then the rest are worse than the dollar store. The last box(which I'm still waiting for) was delayed by over a month and they couldn't even be bothered to ship it using a vaguely fast speed, just smartpost

I have not been impressed at all with the quality of product! This last box we received a star lamp that would not light.
I emailed customer service immediately. They got back to me a few days later asking for proof.. I sent photos and a video of my putting brand new batteries in it and it not lighting up.
They followed up with -most batteries do not work with this item.. here is a copy of their email.
“We sincerely apologize for the issue. What brand of batteries are you currently using for the Star Projector Lamp?
Recently, we discovered certain brands of batteries do not work well with the Star Lamp.
So far, we have learned Duracell, Energizer, Rayovac, Panasonic and Poweradd batteries are causing challenges.
From our tests we have found Amazon brand batteries, CVS brand batteries and Anker brand batteries work best.
We are working on a comprehensive list of batteries that are fully compatible.
Alternatively, we have also found placing a small piece of cardstock behind one of the metal connectors makes it so all batteries will work with the Star Projector Lamp.”
Not going to lie, this made me laugh.
Why send a product that doesn’t work easily. I don’t want to go shopping for a certain brand of batteries to put in it. I pay this much money for quality working products.

Either incredibly stupid or serious scammers
I don't even know where to start. The daughter of my brothers girlfriend loves Pusheen, so for Christmas I ordered her a pusheen box and decided to keep up the subscription for the year as her present. Well the summer roles around and my brother and his girlfriend break up on really, REALLY bad terms. Pusheen box charged me the day before the break-up, but they don't ship until July. I called 2 days after the break-up (wanted to make sure it was final) and asked them to change the address on the box to ship to me instead. They tell me they can do it and all seems well. A couple days later they email me back to tell me they can't change the address because the label has already printed, even though they confirmed it does not ship for another month. I ask them to reprint the label. They tell me no. I told them "okay, then forget it, just cancel it". They tell me they can't because it's too late. They tell me to just get the package from the person it's being sent to even though that's not an option. They then tell me to have "my mail forwarded to my new address". Not only does that not solve the problem, which I told them, they also ship FedEX so it has nothing to do with USPS. I pull up their terms of service which state I had until July 15th to cancel I screenshot the TOS, circle the part that says this, and email them back (it's now July 8th). They emailed me back on July 16th saying it's too late. They SPECIFICALLY waited until after the 15th to reply because every other time they emailed back within 2-3 days. I told them it wasn't too late and they were ignoring their own terms of service. They then tell me the box has shipped. Meanwhile, I have not received a shipping notification and my account says it has not processed. I got the shipping notification the next day and while the notification has my correct address on it (I had hope there for a second) I checked the tracking, and it was going to my brothers ex-girlfriend house. In a desperate last attempt I contact FedEX and ask to reroute the package. They tell me "no problem! Just have the seller contact us and we'll reroute it right away". I contact them again and tell them this and they refuse saying if I don't want the box, I can wait until it arrives (not at my house) and just send it back. I honest to God do not know if they are that stupid, or just scamming people out of their money, but I gave up after that and filed a charge back with my credit card company. Only sign up for this if you never, ever plan to cancel or move, and DO NOT buy it as a gift for someone. The items are absolutely adorable and it did arrive as planned for the first 2 (minus major COVID delays), but cancelling it was a full-blown nightmare.
