I’ve previously completed Paediatric First Aid courses with Sam and most recently completed a baby and child first aid course as a refresher, after becoming a parent for the first time. This course is ideal for any parents, grandparents etc who might want a confidence boost. Sam is always friendly, professional and always makes you feel at ease. You’re never afraid to ask a question, no matter how silly you may think it is! Thank you, yet again, for an excellent course!

Every new mum should learn this stuff! Sam is an excellent instructor, very warm and friendly, clear and concise, and very accommodating with those of us who had babies with us. She even cuddled my little one whilst I had a go at the demos!
