First Time Buyer
First, the tracking number is useless unless you force the tracking company to update the status. I reached out to the company and when I finally got a response, then the tracking magically updated and I received my order the next day. Note that this was after waiting three weeks with no updates.
I have mixed feelings, but for the most part, I'm disappointed. I ordered several different items in the same size. Yes, I used their size charts. Unfortunately they were not accurate.
One dress seems like it was sewn wrong because for a 2XL, there's no space for your chest. It feels like the chest was their XS size. And then the other 2XL fits perfectly fine.
Two of the three dressed are almost paper thin material. One is "crocheted" and somehow it's STILL see through. And these are $50 dresses!
They were not as advertised. Now if I want a refund, I have to spend my time and money to return these items. I was so excited and love their prints. But I'm so sad and feel like I wasted money.
Edit: The company replied, but I gave them my order information over two weeks ago. Other than reply to the review, they don't do anything about the experience.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered a jumpsuit for a wedding and, after almost 3 weeks of waiting, I got an email saying the delivery truck had caught fire and my jumpsuit had been damaged and would be resent. I emailed and explained it would be far too late for the event I’d ordered it for and requested a refund. They replied saying it would arrive in “a few days”. When I asked to clarify how long a few days was, they lied and said it had already been shipped but, when I clarified again how long it would take, they said it was still being processed, which would take 3-5 days and then another 2 weeks postage?! I had to request a refund three times before it was sorted.
Avoid this company like the plague

Looks cute on the photos, but is similar to nightie material with a print on it. On the website looks like you could wear the dresses to a bar, in reality I would wear for shopping or dog walking. Poor cut with mismatched graphics. Think temu and you won't be disappointed.

Love this dress!!
I absolutely love my dress from Purple Hecate. I feel so cute and witchy in the dress, I got the purple dress with the triple moon and amanita mushrooms 🍄. My only critique is I wish it had a zipper, because it's hard to get it on over the girls. I ordered the 2xl and if you are over a DD cup, this will be too tight in the bust area. I am a DD and it fits just right. I already have my eye on a couple of other pieces.

Fun dress options for big girls-FINALLY
When I first came upon this website I was skeptical. The dresses looked so bright and beautiful. I’m a glass half empty girl and thought that no way were these dresses going to look like the listings. I’m also a big girl so I thought the sizing would be off. I decided to bite the bullet and order 2 dresses. Shipping took a long time. I started to get nervous and googled the company and saw that everyone said it was legit-shipping just takes forever. I waited patiently and when my dresses finally came I was over the moon. I’m 300 lbs and 5’8. The 4xl was more than perfect to my surprise. The fabric is polyester which is the only way you’re going to get vibrant colors-I knew that. It’s not terrible fabric, light and airy. I IMMEDIATELY placed another order for 2 more dresses and a shirt now that I know they are legit. I don’t care about slow shipping as long as I get great unique dresses. Finally some FUN options in big girl sizes. I am extremely happy with my purchases. I haven’t washed them yet but I’ll likely handwash them just to save wear and tear. The dress is exactly as expected. The fabric is not knit and is polyester which can be warm to wear, but that was expected. The delivery was easy, there were no problems at all. I would repurchase as the dress is beautiful, the colours vivid, no qualms here!

Shipping took a long time. When it finally did arrive, the material is absolutely cheap, the print is pixelated and the fit was terrible. I also purchased a screen printed T-shirt and the print was crooked and put in a really weird spot on the shirt itself. Everything I bought is unwearable.

The product was sewn totally wrong. The shoulder strap was in the wrong place and the product (swimsuit) cannot therefore be worn at all. Must be produced by some sort of underpaid labor. Cannot recommend. The delivery was fast. Guess that is good if you want un useful crap fast.
