Great service this morning in the Lisbon store. My old ASUS laptop was completely dead and not charging - Purplee sorted me out with a new charger within half an hour. Very confident and speedy service with a smile. Excellent attention to customer needs and clear about prices. Recommended.

I was so impressed with Filipe at Purplee. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my crashing MacBook and then repaired and cleaned it in 4 hours. He explained a lot to me -- in excellent English and in terms I could understand. He is considerate, knowledgeable and professional. highly recommend!
