I've been ordering vitamins (multi, D3 & K2) from Purolabs for over a year now.
The capsule arrive in flat plastic bottle so can be posted through letterbox with ease👍
The staff are prompt to respond when I contact them. I find it easy to delay my ongoing subscription if haven't finished the bottle - I like to have this option as I'm not always consistent in taking the capdules. Staff are polite & obliging.
Cost of the vitamins are very reasonable. I like that the capsules are suitable for vegans (am not a vegan) as I think vegan capsules are less harmful.

I am still trying to cancel my subscription and I can see so many others with the same problem which they have claimed has been resolved. It looks like I will have to contact my bank about this. Constant emails and more deliveries which I have not agreed to.
There is enough warnings on here for customers to be warned.

Purolabs dealt with an issue promptly and efficiently. They make you feel like you're a valued customer.

They just will not let me cancel my subscription. This has been going on months and every time I think it's sorted I get another message saying my next order is ready. They say it is simple to cancel on the website but it will not let me do it and I have wasted hours of my time.

Having signed up to a subscription the 1st order that arrived was disappointing. The vitamins are not pure but mixed with other vitamins, so for example their calcium pills were watered down with vitamin D which I had already bought, their zinc only 15% zinc!!!! I tried to cancel the subscription as I wanted pure vitamins but you cannot cancel the subscription.

I was for was forced to then email the company via their website to ask how to cancel the subscription.

I received an email saying that they do NOT ALLOW CANCELLING of any subscriptions until the SECOND ORDER has been processed. This I am sure is not legal but more to the point if a customer is not happy with the products why FORCE THEM to have more!!!!

These vitamins are over priced and as per the zinc at 15% lacking in actual product! Watered down rubbish.

I WOULD AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

I didn’t receive an order recently so contacted purolabs and got a reply very quickly and a new order sent out which arrived very quickly

Great service, and so far (am three weeks into using the Collagen and Biotin) my skin looks more radiant and has def has more bounce! I've had several compliments and thats saying something for January!

Nicely packaged, I bought Quercetin, which arrived promptly. I have only taken this for a short time & some benefits are hidden but no problems.

I have a 2 monthly automated subscription with Purolabs. I recenty added a new product which I had not realised had a recommended daily dosage of 2 tablets. My other products specify a single tablet daily. I therefore needed to make an additional order outside of the prescription period but at a subscription price. The Purolabs representative who I spoke with was very helpful, efficient and well informed. She assisted me to make this one-off purchase at the subscription price. Excellent service.

I found the member of staff I dealt with to ve very helpful and sympathetic. My package arrived quickly and was well packaged. Will definitely order more.

I ordered some milk thistle capsules from Purolabs after being told that I had the start of fatty liver disease. I had read that milk thistle would help. My order arrived within days of ordering and the capsules are small so easy to swallow.

I have been ordering Purolabs from a different source.
I decided to go direct and am very pleased with the speedy delivery and shall go direct to them in the future.

Excellent service. I mistakenly ordered another product and when I contacted them to cancel it they did so and refunded me immediately.
