Terrible customer service and most importantly product. This company is a scam website. Stay far away from them. They will take your money and do not accept returns. Ensure you find reliable sources for peptides. No batch number and no response from customer service teams.

Recently made an online order through their website that claims 3rd party testing and COA. I received the product (glass vile) in a paper package which was my first concern. But MOST IMPORTANTLY the product did not have a batch number on it. Therefore quality can not be verified. I let them know my situation and the lady messaging back was very pleasant to deal with but unfortunately was not able to return the product due to the companies policy. Their site is deceiving and I tried to work with them to resolve this issue but now I'm stuck with $150 product that I cant trust using. My advice is never use a product that does not have a batch number on it. Very disappointed..
