This isn't my first order, but it's the worst and first time paying tax . It had to be delivered via DHL. I was charged tax in the UK £46.90 , and I don't know why. I sent it via Royal Mail, paid the tax, and have been waiting since March 10th for it to arrive. I contacted Royal Mail again to send it on March 21st, and as of writing this review, it still hasn't arrived.

Fast delivery and great product.

What horrible customer service! I would post their response to me but it’s probably too long to post here. They sent a product that was half full. The only thing included in the package was a loose scooper and the electrolytes. No explanation for the loose scooper. Apparently their manufacture screwed up the formula for the electrolytes. So their answer was to sell half of the amount but charging full price. And include a scooper and hope customers would figure it out. There was a scooper in the electrolytes as well. So not very clear communications on their part. I submitted an email through their online form which wasn’t replied to. I reached out on IG and all I got was an apology. Through their own admissions, I’m not the only one to complain about this issue. They could have post on IG about this issue. They could have offered a discount code. They could emailed about this issue. Instead they took a really poor attitude and belittled me in their reply. They claim they have the cleanest products on the market and reviews to prove it. Maybe so, but the attitude overrides the best of products. I use to like these guys on Instagram but their ego has gotten a bit out of hand ungrateful.

Found the things i was looking for and for a good price 🥰 very quick response and quick delivery 5 stars from Denmark 🇩🇰

It was quick, but I expected some free samples at least, since my parcel was not for 10-20 EUR check :). Usually some companies like your, or Douglas, or Stylevana give free samples and with that I always want to come back. So it is better to give a small sample instead of 10% code discount form 100 EUR value basket next time 😆

I ordered Hairtamin, and it took a bit more than expected, but they sent me a nice and valuable gift with it. The price of Hairtamis was also the cheapest one I could find.

The company markets their product as something unique, whereas it just sales the product found on Amazon at different sellers for half of the price. There is no free way to return the product, only pay full costs of shipping from Germany to U.K. The quality of the product doesn't explain the price.

The products are always ok but i have to remove a star because delivery companies are terribly bad… so bad that im starting thinking buying only in physical stores
