Products are okay. Had the wax pen for couple months, then bought a replacement bowl for it but still wasnt working. Emailed out to them about problem and went back and forth and sending pics; did this with no resolve. They just stopped getting back to me and did not fix the problem. After that, stopped buying from them. I can get better pens from my local shops.

This product is the most defective piece of sh-it I've ever encountered. Mine wouldn't even charge I never got to use it at all. There customer service is even worse than there product they never replied or responded to my inquiry. So I'm disputing the charge with my bank.. fuc em. They are not gonna rip me off and get away with it. One of the buttons is even broken

Honest review- One of the most over rated food services around been a month and have good repetition almost every 2 days and not to forget- they even have trouble in remembering if they hve sent the food or not! And when you call them - they are even rude! Surprising !!!! Quality has been compromised too…. Much better options available with better food options!!!! No more PURI ☹️😖😖😖

Incredibly rude staff. I have no issue with the return policy, BUT, trying to get a straight non-snarky answer out of them is just not possible.

Air flow is Terribad close to none nothing to adjust airflow really ..? the experience overall is Not Good the bubbler doesn't fit properly on the O ring plain stupid conception i almost lost it catch it before falling on the floo i reach out to customer services they told me to send it back at my expenses and they will analyse it and send back a new units complete nonsense since i have to pay for another COD cuz i am in Canada btw when you purchase they do not mention the COD be AWARE DO NOT BUY THERE IS BETTER STUFF OUT THERE FIRST AND LAST TIME PURI5HIT !

I really wish I bought this sooner! I've been eyeing on the GIG for a VERY long time now and I'm so glad I bought it. The flavor is absolutely amazing and the clouds are mind-blowing for such a small device! The prices are very reasonable as well. I will be a returning PURI5 customer.

I love my magnum 3. My only reason for 4 stars is the power button is jammed and it just stays on. I have to take the battery out to turn it off and put it back in to turn it on. If anybody knows how to fix this that’d be great!

Repeated customer - I love the products, works really well but lost the chamber filter to my titanic 3. When trying to buy another part I was shocked to see the shipping costs of $50 for a $15 part. I Spoke to the team and was informed that nothing can be done to lower the price of postage and the method of posting could not be changed. I now have a £140 vape which cannot be used as I am not willing to pay $50 for a part which is near enough half the price for another vape. Think carefully before purchasing the product!

it works, but my vape keeps saying "protected", and shutting off. I've charged it, and it has a full charge. The charge never lasted very long anyways. Overall using this vape was a frustrating experience.

I liked the Magnum 2 until it stopped working roughly 2 years after I purchased it. I took EXCELLENT care of the pen, and used it once a day (with a break of 10 months where it wasn't used at all). The battery/charge was always tempermental, but as long as I remembered to bring a charging cable everywhere, this was fine. NOW, the pen won't charge at all, and thus is useless. Since lithium-ion batteries degrade over time, I purchased a new one in case this was the issue; it wasn't. (I also purchased a new charging cable and tried different outlets). After about a year of use, it's a dud.

I purchased the gig pro and some bowls for it . I also purchased a magnum 3 with bubbler. Both where exactly what was advertised and even more . I have saved lots of cash for buying both of these products . I am very happy I purchased from this company and highly recommend it to family and friends .

The magnum 3 vape is great cause it males vape smoke which is healthier than normal smoked so that is a great choice for those that I want to smoked and being health!
