Extremely disappointed in this company
Extremely disappointed in this company. Ordered two carpet trims that where described exactly the same in terms of finish. When received, one trim was unpolished aluminium and the other a polished silver/chrome. When queried I was told that product was correctly described on website and to get a refund, I would have to pay to return them first. Spent ages trying to find unpolished trims only to be sent one! Martin seemed to think because there was a photo, the product description didn’t matter. How ridiculous! Won’t be ordering from this company again and recommend others not to do so too.
