Spoke with Samantha today about having fibre broadband installed. She was so friendly and fast, she had us set up for a call out in no time. Great customer service!

Would have stayed if the price didn't go up after the 12 months. Easy setup, quick connection, easy cancellation process when switching. Helpful, Irish-based customer service. No complaints.

Spoke to Samantha regarding coming to the end of my current 12 month contract. She sorted out a renewal that keeps me paying the same as I am at present. Very efficient, helpful and friendly in contrast to some other companies I have dealt with in the past. A benchmark service, highly recommended.

My tech issue was dealt with quickly and smoothly by Eddie in Pure Telecom who was a patient Gentleman.

The phone was answered by a human very promptly. She dealt with my request in a friendly and efficient way and the outcome was great.

Such amazing customer service from Pure in the last 2 weeks. Fibre was cut and it was fixed in 2 days. Very short wait times on calls and when you do speak to someone they are so helpful and so constructive. Super experience

The agent who handled the call Daniel was very good explained everything and went above abd beyond to assist and resolve thw issue

Spoke with Nicole today. Had a price increase on broadband bill. She explained that I had gone out of contract but quickly placed me in a new contract, cheaper price. Everything was smooth efficient and Nicole dealt with my questions promptly. Pure Telecom broadband is fantastic and their customer service agents are very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to continue as a customer

I just joined Pure Telecom Broadband and and excellent customer service. So far anyone I have dealt with was above and beyond helpful. And so easy to get through to speak to someone unlike other providers who will remain nameless. There router is plug and play and so easy set up. I was talking to Daniel in tech support. He was so helpful. Lets hope it continues. Other suppliers have alot of catching up to do. 😊

The worst Internet company to deal with. They left us without Internet for 6 months, myself and my wife spent countless hours on hold trying to talk to people, no one took responsibility or ever rang us back unprompted. It was a soul destroying experience. Avoid at all costs.

Spoke to Teresa from Pure Telecom about Referral. Teresa was very pleasant and efficient. Phoned me back within 30 minutes and informed me my query was resolved. Very pleased with service.

Today I had to phone Pure Telecom as my TV furthest from the modem could not connect to the WiFi at all. I was fortunate that I connected with Daniel who went to great lengths to reset everything that was wrong with my setup and restored reception to all of the devices in my house.
I am very grateful to Daniel for the patience he displayed in our lengthy engagement and I would go so far as to say that this has been the most rewarding customer relations encounters that I have experienced in an age when it seems that nobody wants to pick up a phone and actually help. Thanks Daniel.
